Rex looks back toward Edgar and Balthier. [color=008888] "I'd say go for the carrier, since we've got no leads on the floating fortress as of yet." [/color] He turns to Ryu. [color=008888] "Axton, Salvador and Bryce all say they saw the carrier and said it's moving slow." [/color]
He nods at Black while he fires another test round. [color=008888] [small] "Shots are so damn weak..." [/small] [/color]

"Bryce was able to remember the direction the carrier went from Travesty. This ship design also includes radar. So if something massive shows up, we'll be able to detect it."

OOC: I'm assuming Edgar developed radar the same time he developed radio.

OOC: Well, The Crow was a much better movie than I was expecting. Anyway...

The elevator doors opened and Jensen stepped out onto the bridge, approaching Balthier and the others.
"Have we reached a decision on what to do? We searched the bodies in the city, but we couldn't come up with a better lead than this Carrier." He announced.

"Still....thank you..." Black said again to Rex, then clipped a chain to the handle of the sword and clipped the other part near the tip of the blade.

"That we don't. But Bryce said the airship they were flying was seen not to fa from here. It was seeing flying in that direction." Balthier said to Ryu as he pointed towards the general direction he was shown. He then sealed off the exits and grabbed hold of the helm. "We'll still be able to catch up to them, and if I were to venture a guess, they'll lead us staight to this sky city.
Truly, I figured that ship wouldn't be the fastest in the world, but I never imagined it would be this slow. Ah well.
Time to take off!" Balthier slowly made the Emily gain altitude before taking off. "Flying a airship. How I've missed this!" he said to himself.

OoC @Zeph: Sure. Just say Mogleton is aboard.

"Like I said, a ship is able to travel as it wishes. Even if it is moving slow, it could easily change direction at any time. It could end up as a wild goose chase. However, I doubt we have any better leads. We could find either the ship or the city if we go in that direction. And one can help us find the other. Worse case scenario, we find nothing." Ryu replied to the others.

Feeling the ship moving, Royce put on all of his equipment and left his room.

OOC: Is there likely to be a fight tonight? If not, I might just get some sleep.

OOC: I'm about to leave for a dinner party with some friends in 5 minutes. So that means more fun for Nailik!
Also, this week was kind of special because with one class not active this week meant that I had some extra free time. So starting next week will be going back into the normal routine of things for me.

Bryce wandered back into the bridge. "I say we take the carrier. They're weakened, their leader is dead, they probably have a map room or someone to snatch that could lead us to their home. And we ain't exactly in one piece ourselves. So, hit the carrier, and plan from their."

OOC: Also remember that the weapons on the airship include Rocket Launchers, Tek Lasers, and Tesla Coils.

Royce found his way into the bridge. He just stood off in a corner and looked around.

"Alright, so we have a plan. I vote that we go for the carrier as well." Jensen said, looking out over the desert. "With luck, it'll lead us right to this floating city."

"Following the carrier is indeed the plan, as that is our only lead. But I still suspect it will lead us to that city of theirs." Balthier said to Bryce as he continued flying. "Precisely." he said in responce to Adam.

"There you are Kupo!" Mogelton announced as he landed in the doorway of the ?bridge/bedroom/washroom/engine room/pizza parlor? that King Edgar was in. "You know you are very difficult to find, kupo. Why didn't you register a new mailing address when you moved your castle, kupo? It makes it much harder for us Mail-Moogles to do our jobs properly, kupo." He said.

"and what then? We take on a city filled with them? We need more support, or else that city will wipe the floors with us. We collect Eve, and we can appeal to the people here as freedom fighters, get them to join us in this fight. I doubt Travesy is the only town here, and the few people I talked to seemed interested in getting the yoke of oppression pulled off them."
