OOC: @Zeph: Hey guy!

I was wondering where you went!
The girl watched the Lizard Men step through the portal and snapped her fingers once they were on the other side.
"I'll let them get a bit more disoriented first before I organise them." She looked up in the distance and watched the black Carrier moving accross the sky momentarily before staring past it.
"I have a bad feeling..." the girl muttered before shaking her head and began walking across the dunes. As she crested another dune she snapped her fingers and disappeared within another portal that opened up and closed behind her.
Meanwhile:
Eve was dropped on the floor of a command office by the guards who had been carrying her.
"You may wait outside. I'll call if when I require you." commanded the man behind the desk. The guards saluted and proceeded to leave the room. As soon as the guards had left Eve looked up to see a man dressed in garb similar to the rest of the Infantry Men but projected a different aura from the others. Next to him stood X-98t to attention with two strangely designed machine guns at his sides. The hole in his chest had also been repaired.
"So you're the specimen that Overseer Terkal plucked from Travesty along with these..." said the man as he ran his hands through the gold coins piled on the corner of the desk.
"...you're much prettier than I thought." He stood and began approaching Eve who crawled back in disgust.
"Now, now. You've not actually been registered as captured and neither has the amount of the takings. And do you want to know why?" The man crouched in front of Eve.
"Because officially this mission no longer has an Overseer in charge. Why? Simply because I executed him. Why? He failed. And due to there being no official Overseer, there has to be a temporary Overseer or potential one to take his place. However since that temporary Overseer or potential Overseer has yet to be certified and formally promoted then he can't officially register anything gained in the mission. Are you following along so far my dear? Officially you're not on this Carrier so anything could happen to you without reprimand to the Overse- I mean potential Overseer aboard this Carrier." The man stood up and approached the table. He picked up one of the coins amongst the piles and inspected it before laying it on top of one of many stacks of coins.
"I wonder how much more I should take for myself..." he mused before turning back to Eve.
"I assume Terkal took you to simply drop as another case for one of the rehabilitation centres so that you can simply be brainwashed and join the work force developing our technology, hmmm? I guess his choices were limited by his position. But mine on the other hand..." He crouched before Eve and gripped her chin between a thumb and forefinger.
"Now how does becoming mine sound, huh? You wouldn't be forced into the sweat shop styled research labs that others of your kind are. Plus the benefit of having someone of your kind willingly at my side would boost my stature in society exponentially and not to mention the possibility of negotiations in my favour with your race which could bring me right to the top. Also it's not like your life will be terrible with the money that this deadlock expedition 'did not gain' and my new Overseer position you and I will be quite well off. So what's your opinion on this matter?" Eve spat in the man's face.
"Fuck off, you bastard son of a grazer herder's *****!" The man wiped the spit off his visor and proceeded to slap Eve's face. He then stood up and slowly walked back to the desk.
"Your mannerisms simply will not do and your language needs a definite improvement but don't worry..." He turned and smiled back at her.
"...I'll ensure you learn better. Guards! Take the captive back to her cell. She had some thinking to do." The guards re-entered the room and pulled Eve to her feet as the man went and sat behind the desk again. They saluted one last time before dragging Eve back to her cell.
