the pillar sat impassively, before the other pillars rescinded and the pillar with the face slowly became human. A wry grin is on the face as it slowly puts itself together. "Well why didn't you say so! Just head into the carrier and you'll find him. He was in the infirmary for some burns, but I'm not sure now. He might actually meet you as you get there. So git little'un, we can fight for glory later!" the body, still only partially rebuilt, pulled on the singed clothes, grew wings, and began flying back to the carrier.

Those in the infirmary would see a man made of sand and extremely small run into it, bryces voice saying "Rex, theres a weird cat girl looking for you! And shes got a broken heart on her jacket!"

Yukimaru continued to keep watch over the situation between the new girl and Bryce, ready to intervene if one attacked the other again.

Rozalin started to shiver more as she felt even colder. She noticed the rather obvious heat trail leading out of her and towards Bullet and seemed perplexed. "Just what exactly is happening?"

@Salty:... Glass Cannons are terrible. I've always hated them unless trained properly. As for the second picture... The basic anime-esic looking hero character thing.

Ratsel had found Holly a nice bed... but then decided to stay with the young girl in case was startled again.

It started to feel more cold for Ryu, Rozalin and Balthier as the heat trail manifested more as Bullet started gaining her afterimage-glow. It was faint, but still there.

Royce decided to go to the infirmary to see how things were going.

The figure walked next to Balthier and pointed towards Sandman-Bryce as he entered the infirmary. [sub]"Would you stop bothering me?"[/sub] he said under his breath, but looked towards the direction the figure had pointed to regardless. Once he saw Bryce, Balthier cocked an eyebrow. "Are... you alright?" Before he could recieve an answer, however, Balthier began shivering more violently. "At this r-rate we might f-freeze to death. In a desert. How ironic." he said with a shakey voice as he walked over to the side of Bullet's bed and began looking her over to see if he could spot anything that was causing Bullet to absorb bodyheat.

Rex is still asleep, his headphones are still playing music.

The girl hmphs at Caesar as he returns to normal form. She gracefully flips off the pillar and lands in the sand. She turns toward the cowboy with crossed arms. [color=BB66BB] "You could have made it easier on yourself by just letting me through." [/color] She gives a sigh as she looks up toward the sky. [color=BB66BB] "The longer I spend away from my betrothed... The more my heart aches." [/color] Her eyes seem a bit sad.

Ryu stands up. "We should just leave, now. It would be prudent, I think."

OoC: @Drak: Well, he is a thief... Also, he can transform into a monster form with incredible attack power. So...

Rozalin looked at the sand-Bryce with a raised eyebrow. "I-Is hallucinations o-one of the s-symptoms of h-hypothermia?" She nodded in agreement with Ryu, then immediately stood up and hurried out of the room.

Yukimaru sighed with relief as the fighting between Caesar and the new girl seemed to end. [color=01B7FF]"Perhaps if you had made it known beforehand that this fellow you were looking for was...important to you, this could have been avoided, zam."[/color] She suggested to the girl.

Royce opens the door at this point. "E-everything alright in here?" he asked, not yet noticing the cold.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Caesar stops in mid air. "Holy shit, that was corny as hell!" he chortles. "I'm a few weeks old and that sounded stupid to me! Thank god he didn't hear you say that, you would have kicked his ass, the poor bastard, for laughing so hard."

Bryce saw Rex and crawled up on his chest, before bouncing up and down to get his attention. He waved at Balthier, asking "have you heard your virus speak yet?"

Anybody in the medbay would have heat wisps floating away from themselves and transferring to Bullet.

Balthier would find that Bullet's body was unnaturally cold, but there was a faint glow coming from the inside compartments of Bullet's gauntlet armagus's.

 

[Saltyk]

"Like I said, it's best we get out of the room. I bet this effect has a range and it would be best if we didn't do anything to cause her harm." Ryu said, making for the door.

 

[Chungus]

"You go ahead." Balthier said to Ryu as he looked over his shoulder. "I wish to find out what's c-causing this. Doing s-stupidly herioc things is part of being the l-leading man after all." Balthier asumed Sandman-Bryce was real as Rozalin had mention seeing him also. He looked back at him and said, "If you mean the halucination, then yes. M-more then I'd like."
Looking back down at Bullet, he saw the Arsmagus gauntlet give of a feit glow. Balthier lifted up Bullet's arm, and was suprised to feel how cold she was. Taking a closer look at the gauntlet, Balthier began looking for a way to remove it.

Royce entered the room after only a bit of hesitation. He went over to Bullet and asked what was happening with her.

 

[Saltyk]

"That stuff, again? You know that's the kind of thinking that will get you killed. You should let me do that. I'm a little more sturdy..." He said walking back to Balthier.

Rex grunts as he opens his eyes to see mini-Bryce on his chest. He pulls his headphones down in shock then recognizes that the place is freaking cold. He waves toward the others as he takes mini-Bryce out to the deck. As he walks out into the warmth of the deck, he sees the new girl and immediately drops mini-Bryce.

He tries to duck down, making himself as invisible as possible.

She blushes and seemingly shrinks a bit as she looks toward Yukimaru. [color=BB66BB] "I guess I could have been a bit... difficult... [small] maybe... [/small]" [/color]
