Royce hesitated for a few moments, not sure of what to do at first. He quickly grabbed some surgical tubing and tied up the strange girls hands and feet. "I don't know where you think you're going. I'm your best chance of survival at this point." he said to her as he tied her. Once he was satisfied she was secured, he put his Rossmore away and took out his Phoenix. He healed her slightly, just enough to make sure she wouldn't die in the next minute or so, then started trying to heal Eve.

Balthier was heavily shaking and grew cold as he continued losing blood. Hearing Rozalin's voice, he tried to look up, but didn't have the strength to do so. [sub]"Considder... that dept... repaid."[/sub] The poorly done bandaging hardly doing him any good, Balthier strength began leaving him.
No! Please don't let go! The virus called out with a scared tone, fearing for her ungrateful host's life as much as her own.

OoC: @Rosh, a shame, he actually has a reason for doing that, but with how these threads go I'm sure there will be plenty of people getting knocked out

Fenrich made his way to his own room and went to sleep

Valvatorez on the other hand, made his way to what used to be Majeh's room. Once he opened the door the spike grenade that had been placed exploded, sending shrapnel into Valvatorez. Had he still been in his weakened state he would have been grievously injured, but with the power that the human blood had given him the grenade did nothing to him. As the spikes bounced off of him, with some being absorbed into his cloak, he chuckled to himself "An assassination attempt! This brings back memories of my Tyrant days!" he then went to sleep, a smile on his face

"Let me go! Let me go!" the girl yelled and was about to start thrashing when the partly healed wound started hurting again. "OOOOWWWWW!" she yelled before slumping on the floor looking dejected whilst whimpering and sobbing.

The blood stopped welling and the puncture wounds healed whilst Eve's breathing remained steady and she looked like she was sleeping peacefully.

Ratsel chuckled and shook her head at Yukimaru. "No, no, no, you have it all wrong my dear. She is simply in a coma, or deep sleep. She... and I. We are not so different. But unlike me... She hasn't embraced that fact yet about herself."

Rex calmly kicks in the door to the infirmary with Bullet in tow. Then he sees Bal bleeding out and the cat-girl Royce tied up. [color=008888] "Well, everything went to shit here, huh?" [/color] He places Bullet on an empty cot and walks up to Royce. [color=008888] "Who's the kitty?" [/color]

Yukino calmly parries Toad's kick and swings her sword horizontally toward the mutant's hip.

Royce sighed as things seemed to be going his way. He carefully put Eve back onto her cot, then hauled the other girl into a chair. "I'm going to ask you again, who are you and why are you here?" he said, getting down to her eye level.

Bryce looked back. "Caesar's child, you have to interfere, even if he wishes otherwise. You can heal him, but it will take true effort. I know you can do it, as does your progenitor." he then loojed towards the robot and took a step forward, his shield shuddering under the barrage.

Toad shot out his tongue and wrapped it around Yukino's hand and started squeezing it like a giant boa constrictor which possibly broke a bone or two in her hand

"Huh? I-I dunno. Trying to find that out." Royce said to Rex. "What's her condition?" he asked, indicating to Bullet without taking his eyes off of the other girl.

Blondie simply moved away from Toad and Yukino.

The makeshift repairs on the X-98t finally gave out as the robot collapsed to the floor smoking with it's headlight going out.

"NNNNOOOO! Lemme go, sicko! None of your OUCH! business! Let me AH! GOOOOO!" the girl said as she tried to get out of the chair. She then swiped with her bound hands at Royce as her sleeves fell down revealing the sharp metal claw gauntlets she was wearing.

"Nonsense. I'm doing far too poor of a job here. This is nowhere near enough to repay you." Rozalin said to Balthier, maintaining her usual posh tone. She turned to Bryce and said, "I must admit, these wounds are beyond my ability to handle. We'll need to find someone else to help."

Yukimaru gave Ratsel a perplexed look. [color=01B7FF]"I'm afraid you are speaking far too cryptically, zam. Please elaborate so that I might understand what this has to do with Lass being injured, zam."[/color]

@demon: Well...admittedly the cat-ness of the girl is a guess based on context. Then again, Nile hasn't actually disputed that at all...

Hearing Bryce's words, albeit feintly, the virus made an effort to take control of Balthier's body. It wasn't very difficult for her, given that Balthier was rather far gone, but it still remained a strenuous task.

As Yukino's hand gets wrapped, she winces a bit as a loud crack is heard. She then proceeds to slash vertically at Toad's tongue with her sword. As York talks to her, she snaps at him. [color=BB66BB] "Stay the hell out of this." [/color]

Rex turns to Royce and shakes his head a bit. [color=008888] "Most likely the same as after the 3-way duel we had. Expect this room to be freezing at some point." [/color] As the girl's clawed gauntlets come out, Rex switches his chain into gauntlet form and it sparks wildly with red lightning, amazingly not harming anyone. [color=008888] "I'm only gonna ask you once, kitty. Who are you and what are you doing here?" [/color] For once, the relaxed gray eyes of Rex look intense and focused.

Royce was able to dodge back and avoid the girls attack completely. He set his Phoenix down and shoved the barrel of his Rossmore into the girls chest, rather hard. "Don't do that. Now, if you want me to help you, just tell me you're name. Is that so hard?" he said.

"Go get Royce then. While I'd prefer Eve have friendly faces on hand, this takes precedence." Bryce then knelt down at Balthiers side, applying pressure. "Virus, are you in control? Quickly, I need to know his bloodtype."

"The truth is... she is trying to gauge is she is strong enough to take revenge on the person responsible for her family's death. She... didn't think she was ready at all. I told her otherwise. She would have to tap on the powers of her gauntlets." Ratsel said, then yawned. "Unfortunately Yukimaru-sama, I must be off to bed. Goodnight."

With that she turned away and headed back to her room with Black and Holly as she put a blanket over Black before heading to her own bed to sleep.
