Toad brought his tongue back to mouth but not fast enough and there was a large gash in his tongue. He spit out a glob of mucus at Yukino's hand which dried incredibly quickly

"OW! That hurt! Leave me alone. Lemme Go! Let me Go!" the girl cried before just breaking down in more sobs and whimpering.

Yukino launches a roundhouse kick that breaks the mucus blob into pieces. She turns to York and sighs. [color=BB66BB] "This idiotic mutant refuses to go away when I ask him, then he had the nerve to insult my honor. H.. He also tried to feel me up... I felt I had to defend myself from such a lowlife stalker. That's all." [/color]

Rex just sighs and turns to Royce. [color=008888] "Can I just punch her in the gut to get her to shut up for now?" [/color]

Having lost a significant amount of blood, either through the wounds themselves or through coughing it up, it became fatal. With a gurgle, Balthier blew out his last breath and fell still. [sub]And so the part of the leading man is played out. Vaan... The Strahl is yours.[/sub]

Try as she might, the virus failed to take control of the body, as it was already too far gone. She sobbed as the memory of being shot multiple and subsequently bleeding out became a reality.

Royce also caved and healed the girl.

Rozalin nodded to Royce as she stood up and ran for the infirmary. She ran in and immediately shouted, "I need help! Someone's been badly wounded down the hall!"

@Nile: So, I figure this is the same girl from before, but would Rozalin be able to recognize her? I'm assuming not with the visor you mentioned.

Yukimaru clenched her fists upon finally learning what Bullet was doing. Looking to get her mind off of what Ratsel had brought up, she walked over next to York. She placed a hand behind her back and simply waited to see if intervention would be necessary.

"Hey I was just trying to add to the conversation and you kick me in the face. And I didn't even do that last one!"

Royce gave a sigh. "Watch her, but...only hurt her if you have to." Royce said to Rex as he hurried outside. It was easy to tell Bal needed help, so Royce started healing him immediately. Once this was done, he would go back in and heal Bullet.

Blondie went to his room to sleep.

The girl slumps forward in the chair whimpering and sobbing at the phantom pain from where her wound had been.

Eve began moving in her cot. As she woke up her helmet slid off her head. She murmurs sleepily before quietly saying "Bryce?"

Bryces eyes widened as Balthier stopped breathing. "I need you alive and kicking Bal, don't give up on me!" he roared, before extending his right hand, which morphed into a thin needle, filled with Caesar cells. He jabbed this needle directly into Bal's heart, injecting the cells, and then beginning cpr, trying to push the cells through his body.

Rex give a thumbs up toward Royce as he leaves and turns his attention to the girl. He squats down a bit to look the girl in the eyes. [color=008888] "Alright, relax for a bit kid.... Please tell me your name and what you're doing here." [/color]

Yukino scoffs at Toad. [color=BB66BB] "I told you numerous times to stay the hell away from me. I doubt your singular brain cell can even remember that." [/color] She turn toward York with a glare. [color=BB66BB] "Do you own this thing, sir? Please keep it on a leash so it doesn't disturb the other members on board." [/color]

Ooc: @Nail: RIP Leading Man. We will always remember you. Also, how the hell do we drive the carrier if it goes off of auto somehow?

@Nile: The girl from the projection. I figured the one in the purple armor was a different person. So you're saying this girl is different from both of them?
@Dot: I'm pretty sure the Carrier is on auto-pilot, for right now at least...

The girl keeps sobbing and mutters "Just *sniff* leave me alone. Why couldn't I just have been left alone... *sniff*".

Eve rubs her eyes as she sits up and looks around the Infirmary seeing Bullet lying on a cot, Rozalin at the ripped door and Rex standing in front of someone. She called out to Rex. "Rex? Is that you?"

Edit: @All: Everyone dice roll whether Balthier lives! I got a seven what should the boundary for if he lives be between 1 and 12? Aaaawwww...

Royce and Bryce's help came too little too late.

Even as the cells were being injected into his heart, it was to no avail. Balthier was gone.

OoC @All: Yup. That's the end of Balthier.
How did I do with him?

Rex waves toward Eve. At the same time, he crouches a bit while beginning to poke the girl's gauntlets with his own. While still looking at the girl, he chats w/ Eve. (clank, clank, bzzt.) [color=008888] "Morning, Eve. I'd suggest you stay back for a bit. We have no idea who this kid is." [/color]

Yukino simply sighs and sheathes her sword, then points a threatening finger toward Toad. [color=BB66BB] "The next time you're anywhere remotely close to me, I'm going to dissect you. That is all." [/color] She walks off in a huff.
