"We've got this, Lieutenant." pne of the medics said to Estella as togeher, they had worked on stabilising his condition. Estella nodded feeble and let go of Ardimas' hand. The two medics then lifted him onto a a gurney, and rushed him to the medical wing.
As Tophat stood up, the two guards with the spears took two steps back, but kept their weapons raised. While its logic was sound in their minds as a result of Tophat's tampering with their minds, they went through the motions regardless.
"You can give your side of this later. For now, you're under arrest for attempted murder." One the guards at Tophat's side said as he bound the hands of its body in kenetic shackles.
Once, done, two two guards with the spears lowered them and escorted Tophat out of the palace, to the prison. Any possesions the body may have on it, as well as Tophat itself, were confescated, while the body was put in a cell in the wing meant for those yet to be convicted. It was to be question another day.
The two remaining guards walked over to Jessica and Estella. "Lieutenant? I need to ask you to come with me to give your statement." Estella nodded. "Do not forget. That man attacked him through unseen means." Loki said to Estella. While she gave no responce, she would follow Loki's orders. Shortly after Loki spoke to Estella, she was escorted away by the guard.
The guard that had walked to Jessica said, "Ma'am? Are you alright?"
