The shot cracked her wing, sending the swipe towards Black to go off slightly, Black managed to swing and give White a cut on her arm. White grunted a sliced Black on her chest, then stamped on her stomach as she laid on the ground, bleeding. "You know what? even If I die today, that will be fine knowing that I will take you down with me!" She said, as 2 small shots started to charge off her wings, she then appeared next to Yukino and manically swung at her.

 

[Chungus]

The guard listened attentively as Rita gave her statement, and as she finished, said, "I see... So you had a run in with him before... And he tried to get into your head? What exactly do you mean by that? Like, was he trying to brainwash you?"

The guard lead Jessica out of the room, and further down the hallway. Stopping in the middle of it, he turned to Jessica. "Right. Did you see how the Lieutenant Colonel was attacked?"

Yuki looked over at Black bleeding and gritted her teeth before focusing on White warping in front of her. The foxgirl just stared the clone in the eyes, seeming to hold little emotion as she gracefully dodged each swipe. [color=bb66bb] "You're the only one dying here today. Now.... get out of my face. I've gotta make sure Black's not too hurt." [/color] Black mist wrapped around the foxgirl's leg and formed into a drill as she kicked straight toward White's chest.

 

[Furioso]

Rita shook her head "No... he was going on about how he detected something wrong with me and that he wanted to poke around in my head to see if he could find it. That sounded like something a serial killer would say, so I ran. I don't think he did anything to me back then, since whatever he tried to do to me back there was incredibly painful."

White smirked manically as she was kicked away. "Oh yeah?" She asked as she was about to swipe, but the blast from Black's cannon sent her back. "Yeah...I'm fine by the way..." She said as she got up on one knee, white also got up as her left wing crumbled to nothingness. She smiled as she continued to attack Yukino, then went to grab her by the throat, a small purple beam fired at Black from her right wing.

Yuki managed to dodge White's swipes, and sighed in relief in response to Black. [color=bb66bb] "I'm glad to hea- Urk--!" [/color] Yuki didn't manage to avoid White grabbing her neck and struggled in the girl's grip. A clone then appeared and aimed a hard kick to White's chin, aiming to launch her.

So that guy was that Lieutenant Colonel everyone was talking about? Glad he survived then... "Uh..." Jessica paused to think for a moment. "Not exactly...all I really remember is that one minute he was talking about asking us some questions, then the next he started suddenly bleeding from his throat and collapsed."

The shot hit Black in her chest, sending her back a bit as she tried to get back up. White seemed to wait and stabbed the clone in the chest at the perfect time, then looked at Yukino in her hand. "You know fox girl, this has been fun and all but your becoming a pain..." She said, then turned her around to see Black on the floor. "A legend used to stay, when a world is one it's knees it will turn to Black....but look at her...she couldn't even save the one thing she loved...how does that feel?" She asked Yukino mockingly, laughing manically as she held the fox girl.

Black seemed to get up slightly and rest her arm cannon on the floor. "[sub]Get...out the...way...[/sub]" She seemed to whisper to Yukino, giving her a small hand signal to try and escape.

 

[Chungus]

"No, I mean what happened today. What caused the pain there." the guard clarified to Rita. "Was he trying to brainwash you back there?"

"I see. And that man we apprehended? Was he there when the Lieutenant Colonel was asking these questions, or did he appear later?"

 

[DotSlash]

Yuki's ears twitched as she picked up on Black's whisper. [color=bb66bb] [small] "Well.... it sucks... but at least... you won't kill me..." [/small] [/color] The foxgirl transformed herself into a fox to escape the girl's grip before backdashing a massive distance, kicking some dust into White's face in the process.

[Furioso]

"Oh, I don't know. He was probably trying but I didn't let him. I know I didn't let him too, otherwise I wouldn't be telling you any of this." replied Rita.

White managed to lose all grip on the fox, as Black's arm cannon sparked up and fired a shot directly at White. "I'll say a prayer for your dammed soul..." Black muttered as she shot. "No...No...NO!" White cried as she put her arms up in self defense as she shot hit her direct impact, her body hit the ground, sizzling slightly. "[sub]It..can't end...like this...[/sub]" White muttered as she laid face down in the ground, bleeding out of the whole in the middle of her chest.

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica scratched her head for a few seconds. "I remember that he came in right behind the Lieutenant Colonel." She answered to the guard.

Yuki sighed a bit as she rubbed her neck and cautiously walked toward Black, keeping an eye on White. [color=bb66bb] "...Is it over...? ...and what's next?" [/color]

Black got slowly and nodded to Yukino. "It's over..." She said to her with a sigh. "If you want her soul, I suggest you take it now" She added, White continued to bleed out. "[sub]You...watch it fox...one day...the Hazama will call...your end up insane....like everyone else..."[/sub]" She managed to mutter, still chuckling a little to herself.

Yukino looked down at White as she walked up to her. [color=bb66bb] "I'm already insane, remember? Don't worry, you'll live on inside my blade to laugh your little ass off at my downfall. Be happy." [/color] She drove her blade through the girl's skull and a large pink wisp floated out before floating into the blade. It glowed for a bit and Yukino's scythe took on a gray color instead of it's usual black. [color=bb66bb] "Yeah... that's a pretty powerful soul she had in there. Thanks again, Vocaloid." [/color] She turned toward Black with a small smile as she dispelled the scythe.

 

[Chungus]

The guard nodded in responce to Rita. "Of course. Now, another thing, you said the hat is alive...?" he then asked, now sounding more incredulous. "How do you know this?"

"Really? He was there from the start?" the guard questioning Jessica said, mostly speaking to himself. "Did he move at all? Or perhaps say anything beforehand?" he then asked.

Black nodded, then covered White body as a small burial. "it's a clone of mine, that's why" She said to Yukino, then lent down on one knee and paid her respects. [color= darkblue]"She doesn't deserve a burial but still, respect for the dead..."[/color] She muttered then stood up and looked at Yukino. "What now then? we've managed to do what I came here for..."

 

[Furioso]

Rita nodded "I know it sounds insane, but when I first saw it it was just the floating hat. If it's someone like me, someone from another world, it could be from a place full of talking hats. Sounds stupid, but that's the only explanation I can think of."

Yuki shrugged as she closed her eyes in slight respect of White. [color=bb66bb] "Guess we get you back home somehow, so I can visit your little friends." [/color]
