"Yes. It is a thing to considder." Loki said to Rita he sat down next to her. Holding out his left towards her, he retrieved a sandwich from his unseen inventory. "And I bought you this. One does not go to battle on an empty stomach, afterall."
"Well, when all is said and done, I shall be needing a palace. The one in Shaintaio is simply not grand enough. I can accept it being a temporary home, but that is as far as my tolerance goes. So, there would posibly be a need for things to hasten the construction of it and the infrastructure surrounding it. Speaking of infrastructure, there would be a need for roads connecting the two nations. I was once told there has never been trade between them. This would need to be changed. Finally, I intend to see the bases in the Wild Lands demolished, and a vast prison complex built there instead." Loki explained. "It is too early still to think of anything else."
Rita nodded along with Loki as he spoke, occasionally taking a bite of the sandwich. "The roads and the prison complex could be easily handled by the common rabble without much help I would think, as for the palace I could look into expanding my ground magic to work with all minerals, but I don't know anything about architecture. I could always learn I guess."
"While on the subject of minerals, the mines of Rockbyrd would need to be made operational again. This would be a priority, given how important the ore seems to be for Xiphatia. The same would go for Granite Pass. The latter is unscathed at the moment, but I mean to change that as a means to turn the tide of war in our favour."
"So it would. If the tiny tricket you carry with you now can bring your powers to where they are now, I wonder what a greater quantity could do." Loki answered. Adter a pause, he asked, "Hmm... Your homeland. Is it worth conquering? And if so, how much resistance can we expect?"

The lab assistant scratched his neck. "Well, I don't know all that much. But from what I've heard, a perfect sphere was dug up there. It caused the mines a fair bit a trouble, as it emitted large doses of radiation."

Tophat rearmed, loading its pistol and sheating its sword. The Warden was sitting at a nearby chair, sleeping.
Now then, the fifty guards outside... This should be interesting. - It thought as it headed towards the main entrance, staying out of sight or altering the minds of those who would see it.
Changing the minds of all of those guys is difficult, and I'm not sure it would even work. Let's do a little test...
Forcing the warden to walk outside, Tophat observed the reaction of the guards outside.

Or.... it was just magic screwing with your equipment... Regardless, it definitely sounds like one of those keys.. But let me confirm it... "A radioactive sphere...? Did it end up causing mutations in people due to the radiation...?" Ness asked with a hand on her chin.
Rita smiled for a moment, picturing the heights her abilities could reach with a large amount of mythril before pondering Loki's question. "My homeland? Nah, it probably wouldn't be worth conquering. The cities and towns are the only places not infested with monsters and the resistance would probably be pretty high."
"That sounds similar to a great many places I have seen, really. I shall considder this in the future. On a related note, in the past, I have pondered the posibility of having a device constructed able to spread the enlightenment the scepter can offer the world over. A glorious thing that would be."

"Sir? We're not alowed to leave." one of the guards called out.
"You think he doesn't know that?" Another remarked.
When the warden set a foot outside the door, he was quickly spotted. All fifty MPs turned towards the entrance, each prepared to cast a spell.
"You have three seconds to return inside. This is your first and final warning. 3... 2..."

"I know not. In truth, I am uncertain wherther or not this is eaven feasible. But I will have people look into the theory when I rise to power. My kingdom will be a place of learning. I will see to it that this is made so." Loki remarked, then stood up and stretched. "Hmm... Funny. All this thinking ahead of time, yet I have yet to think of a name. Having the nations retain their original names would not do, afterall."
