Ness exits the inn and begins wandering toward the shopping district with her nose still buried in Four's book. She kept her ears open to try and find Jess, Sable and Echo.

Cynane leaned over lower than horizontal, expertly keeping her balance with one foot threaded through the saddles ratlines and took Tophat before straightening up and looking at it, listening to what it had to say. She grimaced.
"Yep. Crazier than the guy in the back." She muttered to herself.

The woman eventually reached Lakewest, and raised her left hand.

"I thank you for your time." Loki answer the beastkin, then set off towards where he was directed to. As he walked, he looked the various beastkin over as they went about their business, noting the different species and just in what waysthey differed from one another. Seeing it all, he started to wonder why there wasn't a human amongst them. Thinking on it more, he wondered if Everwood was a safehaven for beastkin, or that the supposed bigotry against them had in fact been greatly exaggerated.
