Ness dispels her gun and the pixels swarm back into her belt. She quickly takes out her PDA and presses a few buttons on the overlay. Soon enough, she turns the screen toward Jessica with it saying "Sorry about the gunshot. It was a reflex. Are you alright?" I need to remember to add silencers to my weapons...

"I think that is where everyone else went. As for me, I'm out of gold, but we could try to room at the military barracks here. I was hoping to avoid asking the military for any favors, though..." Savranth replies.

Several of the fish in the immediate area had bellied up from the shockwave of the gunshot. The glowfish however didn't seem to be affected in the slightest, now nibbling on the other dead fish.
"It would be best to do that. If we need to go into Legaian territory then we'll need to make sure that we aren't seen around them."

Jessica was somewhat confused by Ness showing her her PDA, but after noticing that there was text on the screen and reading it, she seemed to understand. "Uh, yeah, fine." She said, a little more loudly than she needed to as her ears were still ringing. After waiting a few moments, the sensation subsided and her hearing returned to normal. "It's alright, you were just trying to help. Just keep in mind my hearing's a bit more sensitive than most." She said. "Let's just keep moving. I'd rather you guys not have to spend the night outside." She went back to heading towards Pewtercove...this time keeping ample distance between herself and the coast.
@Rosh: Well, congratulations. Now I've finally seen a video that actually made me go 'what the fuck?'. I'm pretty sure that's even one of the few incarnations of Gundam that I've actually watched too. The first one I mean, the second one was just hilarious.

"Well... Let me try something." Savranth says, as he walks on up the the Xiphatian compound.
Several minutes pass, but he returns, soon enough. "I convinced the command here to pay for a room for us. It worked partly because the Barracks are full. Let's go then." He says leading them to the Spice Rack.

I just love the whole thing he says while making the slashes before the actual attack.
"Mythril is an ore that can channel and enhance magic. It's nearly indestructible, too, making it tough to work with. As for how, Icarus is one of a select few with a Blood Line Magic. His magic allows him to control a person's body." He looks around nervously, concerned that someone might hear him speaking of Icarus.

As the words 'control a person's body' ring in the foxgirl's ears, Yukino starts to revisit that day where she had slain her entire clan unwillinglyin her mind. She starts clutching her head and gritting her teeth in anger as she looks back up at the shopkeeper, trying to keep herself calm. [color=bb66bb] "...You didn't answer that last question. ...Please tell me how long he's been doing that for..." This world seems to be filled with all these annoying pricks... [/color]
Although it took a while for them to get to Pewtercove, since you can't even see Pewtercove from Lakewest. They start to see various large skyscrapers, and other larger buildings too.

He's increased the amount he's taken a while back... This whole town has suffered for his greed." The shopkeeper looks around. "But, I didn't say anything about that..."
"I would appreciate that." Jessica replied. She chuckled slightly to try and lighten the mood keep Ness from feeling too bad about what had happened. As they approached Pewtercove, Jessica took in the sights of the large skyscrapers and massive buildings. "Hmm." She simply hummed, not seeming to particularly feel anything for the architecture. "So, looks like we're finally here. What should we do first?"

And there's a bar nearby as well. I'm not feeling all that tired yet, so maybe we should try to find out a little more about the situation here." Ness muses as she starts walking toward the bar.
