Entering the Barracks, Sasha started looking around for anything like a bath, shower, rather deep puddle possibly, etc. She'd managed to locate some sleeping quarters, but at least wanted to find a bathroom of sorts.

Loki answered Sable, the projection even making realistic sounds of footseps as it turned towards him. "Now if I might ask, how is it you could see through my deceit? This is most unusual, you see."

"I feel all of the magic I encounter, as it seems that while magic works differently in different places and for different people, it is a force that is is still connected to each other, and due to how it works in Castlewood, I can detect any sort of magic as a sort of sense, as well as being able to pick out those who can use it."
As Ness was heading off to the Barracks, Jessica could clearly see was too tired to discuss much. She conceded to speak with her later, but before she got to the barracks, Jessica caught up with her. She asked Ness to hold onto something for her, a small metallic disc, 1 inch tall with a 2 inch diameter. After whatever Ness' response was, she let the woman go on her way. (OOC: Would someone mind pointing this out to Dotslash if he shows up when/if I'm not on? I'd rather not God-Mod what Ness' response would be.)
As she turned back around, she noticed Lyra walking along, carrying Beatrice. "Um, that woman isn't dead, right?" She nervously asked Lyra.

Lyra stretched her back, puffing a bit of air. "No, not dead. Had some weird aneurysm, passed out. Thanks for that, by the way, soldiers. Never let yourselves believe you're just cannon fodder."
"I see. An interesting talent, that." Loki remarked, then paused. Not to mention one that is highly bothersome. "Now, since I been all but exposed, and have not seen any aggresive moves for a time now, there is little need to keep up this charade." he added, then dispelled the projection, then became visible again, revealing that the real Loki was standing roughly six paces away from the counter.
"Now miss, I have one more question to ask." he began, walking over to the receptionist again. "Is there a place where I might find a map of the nation, or posibly both?"

Jessica breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. I was almost terrified of you for a moment there." She said to Lyra. Noticing the woman's attire, she added, "Now I think I'm just...unnerved. Why do you wear all of that?" She motioned mostly to the skulls and bones the woman wore, but was also somewhat confused by the mismatching pelts.

Content that things are resolved for the time being, Tiberius made his way to the main building and to his own chambers.
Sitting on his bed, he thinks to himself.
So... The Legaians violated the Peace Treaty... This could be bad. I don't think we're prepared to defend against an invasion at this moment. And these people... Who are they?
"No point worrying about it right now, I suppose... I'll see what the morning brings us." He said getting in his bed for the night.

"Oh. Well good." Lyra muttered, blushing a bit. she turns to Jessica and smiles, happy to speak about it. "As a Yatjua, I show off my skill as a hunter by wearing the pelts. On here are leopard, Lion, Komodo, and Raptor. It lets other Yatjua know I'm a high level hunter. And for the trophies hanging from my belt, some people buy beads to commemorate proud events. I take body parts. And for the human skulls... They aren't really skulls."
After finishing whatever she was drawing, Rita stood up and removed what appeared to be a cloth scroll from her pocket. She also took out a rock, and tossed it into the air. On its way down she snapped the cloth scroll forward, which unwound and struck the rock like a whip. A tiny, nearly imperceptible amount of magic came out of the end of the scroll, striking the rock and causing it to bounce just a couple of inches away harmlessly. Damn. It isn't "Aer," but whatever is in the air here is surprisingly similar to it. With some more research and practice I may be able to use it. she thought before going to sleep.
