Rex sighs and holds up his hands as he exits the building. "Alright, alright... I'm goin', I'm goin'." He starts walking around the shopping district looking for somewhere to eat stuff. His stomach starts to grumble a bit. ...How unlucky am I? God...

Ness stares at the empty dock for a few moments and sighs. "..Well, that makes sense. This country is at war. Guess I'll have to take a old fashioned boat... if there even is one." She exits the building and walks over toward the port docks, looking for ships and the like.

"I suppose I wouldn't blame anybody for their curiosity. A sealed chest or door teases the mind, no matter its shape, size, or form."

"I'm correct in that this is a recent finding? When I looked in the texts in Winterhorn, there was no mention of any door, or any key that was as old as the altar."

Rex would find the same restaurant as before.

Vanessa would see that while there were a few Legaian warships at port, there were very few. There didn't seem to be any merchant vessels.

"Oh yes, this is rather recent. probably not even a week old at this point." The man pondered for a moment. "Some of the miners, think it might be a door from this 'long lost' clan of beastkins that apparently lived in these parts. What a bunch of hooey."

Ness facepalms herself as she notes the condition of the port. "Damn it! How am I supposed to get to the Wild Lands now?!" If this is how it is... I think I might as well go to Fourside with Echo... But still, that lab assistant position... She puts her hand to her chin as she walks into the shopping district.

Jessica walked out through the opening and entered the area of the temple that overlooked the lake. After glancing down at the lake for a moment, she searched the area, searching for anything in the area of interest.

OoC: @Salty, I'm playing it as this guy has been hanging around for a while before he ran into Rita on the street. And if Staff Sergeant isn't below Sgt. Major assume he said the right one, he would have knowledge of how military ranks work

Noel and Charlotte reemerge from the shopping district of Holadino to see that Dal'Sheed had took off. With a mild shrug, the two decided to take matter into their own hands and start walking towards the Granite Pass.

Kyosuke returns from running off with little to do in Port Letosh, plainly just minding his own business, but he did see if there was any talk about advancement of the Legaian military.

A waitress came up to Rex. "Can I help you?"

Rex scratches his head a bit. "It would be a hell of a lot more interesting if I knew what it was." Turning to the waitress, he nods slightly. "Could you get menus for me and these three please?" He motions to Echo, Tao and Remy.

Ness, yawning a bit, decides to start browsing a clothing store, although she knew she was a bit low on cash. She seemed interested in what people in Legaia might wear normally.

The man shrugged "I can't say that I've seen him talking to his direct next in command, it would be hard to say which of the Lieutenants oversaw him... what's with the questions anyways? Are you gonna tell on me? Go on, do it! They'll give me a medal!"
