Wind continued to blow in Valencheirn, carrying on it, the ashes. As it continued, the winds gathered so much ash, it looked like a dark-grey cloud came to life. This cloud twisted and swirled as it moved across the centre of town, ever sweeping up more ash. Eventually, after the cloud had picked up enough ash it looked solid, it flew towards the house Loki had entered. Sweeping bast the blackened beams, it made its way towards the bedroom. Seeing this, Loki steeped back, put on edge by the phenomenon. The cloud hovered over the corpse and deposited some of its ashes before moving on, leaving as swiftly and eerily as it had appeared. For a moment, nothing seemed to happen further, but eventually, a sound could be heard, almost like a yawn, one that carried an soft echo.
[sub]"What is this?"[/sub] Loki said to himself, beginning to make his way out of the house. As he moved, he could see small orange light beginning to shine between the ashes deposited on the corpse, and eventually, the ashes began to move once more. Yet unlike last time, the didn't so much float. The ashes now appeared as a humanoid shape, its height the same as that of the corpse. Raising out of bed as if waking up.
It is likely for the best if I make haste in taking my leave now...
Having left the previous house, the cloud of ash continued to move through the burned town, visiting each house, and depositing its ashes on the corpses present like it had done before, with similar effects. Small orange lights appeared on the corpses between the ashes, which not long after raised, having the exact same height as the corpses from which the spawned. Rita would notice these shadowy figure leaving their houses, each recognisably humanoid, with the burning orange cinders floating between the ashes dark, making what would be the eyes of the figures glow. From time to time, the cinders also converged, creating more pronounced features such as better giving shape to their faces, or forming the shape of bones. This never lasted long, however, as the cinders fell to the ground with each step the figures took.

"People, as of now, this building is under lockdown pending further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience." One of the soldiers called out, a speaker in his helmet amplifying his voice. "please cooperate to ensure things return to normal as quickly as possible."
