"Maybe If your a good boy, then you can ssstay up extra late tonight, asss a ssspecial treat!" Holly said smiling, then lightly hugged Rex. She looked over at Echo and giggled slightly. Holly looked at her feet slightly, wondering if she was hearing things.

Black was a little surprised by Echo's hug, so she just patted her on the back lightly. "It's...nice to see you again too..." She said to Echo. "You might become a demon? you sound pretty calm about that..." Black said to Rex, then turned to Yukino. "Does that go for everyone who can't beat you then?"

"The boss at the farm told me to fill it out to get a job, meow." Tao said to Felina.

Echo started backing away from Yukino. "You again..." she said as she backed away.

Marston decided to follow Ness.

Jessica shifted her weight to one of her legs in an attempt to get more comfortable as she stood in front of the General in his office. "Well, there isn't really a range limitation on the points I could travel between. I do need to have actually seen the place I want to move to though, or at least I'd need to see a picture or have heard a very vivid description." Jessica explained. "Well, technically I don't need to have seen where I'm going, but teleporting without a clear picture of where you want to end up is practically tantamount to suicide in the area of caring for one's own well being." She added.

"I believe your companion may have misinterpreted or misheard what I spoke." Nybeth replied. "I know of the art of dragon taming. However I know little about it. I cared little to attempt to converse with Galgastani beast tamers. Their interests and mine are worlds apart, you see."

Yukino shrugged a bit toward Black. [color=bb66bb] "Seems like it. I don't really blame people though, I'm kind of bada-" [/color] Rex promptly interrupted by elbowing her in the head, causing her ears to droop and her to clutch her head. [color=bb66bb] [small] "Owie~... [/small] [/color] She squeaked. As this had happened, she took no notice of Echo.

Rex turned to Black and shrugged again. "Being a demon's not so bad. More power, longer lifespan... the only real downside is that basically every other demon in my world is either pompous or just an asshole just because." He chuckled again as he ruffled Holly's hair during her hug. "Awesome... then I can finally watch that one show I've been looking forward to. Thanks Holly!"

Ness eventually made her way to the General's office and lightly knocked on the door.

 

[Saltyk]

"And how many people can you transport? Are there any negative consequences?" Tiberius asked, obviously thinking it over in his mind.
Hearing a knock on the door, he says, "Come on in."

"I don't recall seeing you enter with the others." The soldier said. "And I already see you causing trouble..."

"I see. Well, do you need a pen?" Felina asked.

 

[Chungus]

"Yes. I understand. Well then, that concludes all I wished to dicuss. If I have need of you further, I assume I can find you in this place?" Loki asked, turning halfway towards the exit of the cave, eager to leave the stench behind.

"I prefer staying on the ground, thank you very much. Call me a dull land-lubber." Erica said to Yukino, chuckling near the end. "You're welcome." she said to Rex, turning to him. "So, your memory is bad too? How long have you been alive? Or do you just naturally have poor memory?"

Tao nodded as she started reading the paper completely.

Marston stood with Ness.

Echo wanted to hide from Yukino, but she decided to just keep her distance.

"Every demon in the Hazama is pretty much like that...luckly there only 2 or 3..." Black replied to Rex. "And as long as your not going to kill innocent and cause harm to yourself then I have no worries what you do with your life" She then turned to Echo. "Can you still not speak freely?" She asked, sounding a little concerted.

Holly giggled with Rex. "Your welcome! but it'sss a sssecret!"

"Not speak freely." Echo said as she kept her eyes on Yukino.

Noting the General's response, Ness calmly walked in and waved at Jessica before turning to the General. "Good evening, General. Is there anything I can do so you may be able to put in a good word for me? Forgive me, but I'm not exactly trusting of the terms of this mission I've been sent on."

Rex shrugged again, this time toward Erica. "Yeah... my memory's shit. I'm only around my 30's right now... The same with you?"

Turning to Black, he chuckled a bit. "The 'hurting myself' part I can't not do, you know that. But otherwise, looks like we're good."

He just chuckled at Holly's response before turning to Echo. "...You alright?"

Due to all of the people talking to him, Rex didn't notice the thing drilling up behind him.

Yukino was still clutching her head, so she couldn't respond to Erica.

 

[Wackymon]

Right behind Rex, a small meter by meter hole appears, seemingly suddenly, then another right next to it, then another.
Alright, we've reached sunlight!
The strange figure climbs out the hole, walking up a dirt incline, before looking to the sun.
Alright, now that we're not stuck in the ground, we can actually do stuff.

OoC: Tophat will not be able to hear these thoughts, since they are technically not in the body. The body also does not have a soul, either... Or a brain... Or internal organs. In fact, it's better to describe it as a sack of... Well, not actually meat. Meatlike matter.[hr]
"Oh, no no no, I came with them when they entered, I've been with them since they got here. Trouble, what trouble, I'm simply standing around."

"Well, with a normal teleportation I can move two people at most, and even then that gives me a headache. If I have some time to prepare I can actually create gateways between two points that doesn't have a limit it terms of how many people can go through it. But I can only do that so many times a day. And aside from it possibly being unsettling the first few times, there aren't any consequences for anyone besides me." Jessica continued to explain. Hearing someone knock on the door, she curiously turned her head towards it to see who it was. Seeing that it was Ness, she smiled at her a bit.

"Indeed. And if I am not here you can simply leave a note. Unless this place is discovered I intend to make a habit of returning here whenever I can." Nybeth replied. Taking Loki's moving towards the exit as a signal, he began donning his mask and gloves once again, intending to return to his work.

Marston gave a small nod to the general as he entered behind Ness.

"Well, just try to be careful at least" Black said to Rex. "Still under that curse?" She asked and sighed. "Who in there right mind would do such a thing...[sub][sub]Humans can be so harsh to each other[/sub][/sub]" She said, muttering the last part.

"I see. Well, are there any ideas you had in mind? that you could use to help us?" Tiberius asked Vanessa.

He turned back to Jessica. "I see. And just how long do you need to prepare? Hours? Days? Could you accomplish this from a relatively short distance in a short period of time? Would that facilitate the effort?"

"Then, why did something that shouldn't be here explode?" The soldier asked Bertie.

"Umm..." Erica began, pointing towards the hole behind Rex. "There seemed to be a... blocky person digging his way from the ground behind you. Be mindful you don't fall into the hole." she said to Rex, then turned to Yukino, looking a bit concerned. "Are you alright? Do you require healing?"

"Still under that curse." Echo muttered.

"Um...Could you wright for Tao, meow?" Tao asked Felina.

"I don't know, perhaps the plant was releasing oxogen into the soil and it built up until it exploded or something." he said, then suddenly, an idea popped into his head, "Ooo, or maybe a SUPER SPY NINJA decided to place a potted plant rigged to explode into the base so it'll BLOW UP!" he said.

Hearing Erica, Rex instinctively mule kicked behind him. He gave a small nod toward Black as he did so.

Yukino shook her head a bit as she slowly rose back up. [color=bb66bb] [small] "I'm... alright.... Thanks...." [/small] [/color]

Ness shook her head. "I'm not much of a fighter. I mainly use guns and the like from my world. As such, I don't think it would bode well for me to fight alongside your soldiers. I'm drawing blanks on what else I could do to assist you."

"Well, all it really takes for me to make a gateway is a few minutes, a flat surface that facilitates chalk writing, and a special reagent of mine." Jessica explained to Tiberius. "I keep plenty of the reagent on hand though, and I don't think it could be made here anyway, so I can just supply it myself."

Nybeth simply waved off Loki was he went back to his work.
