Ness continued to shoot a few Legaian ships in similar spots, reloading as necessary. She constantly keeps her scope looking for a flagship of some sort amongst the enemy fleet.

For the moment, Jessica did the only useful thing she could, look around. Though since she was around Xiphatians, she could only use her bare sight. Since she didn't know much about boats, she simply looked for one that seemed remarkably bigger than the others.

Black looked down to her left slightly. "[sub]If I give you one kiss, will you stop asking me..[/sub]" She said to Yukino, muttering it more then talking.

(To Erica: [sub]I think it's a kill party sent out after me. They're heavily armed and uses some sort of dark fire magic. We're just by the main road, a few kilometers east of Lakewest. Help would be appriciated.[/sub])

The Rookie glanced up over the stone just as one of the knights swung down with his sword. James managed to throw himself away from his adversary, just as the stone he had taken cover behind was cleaved in half. The Rookie scrambled to get up and ducked to avoid a pair of magic bolts as he made his way towards another rock.

(To Erica: [sub]Scratch that, I'm pretty sure help is needed.[/sub])

Yuki simply nodded in response to Black's muttering.

 

[Furioso]

Rita nodded and began the process to cast her spell. With a shout a small wave of energy expanded from her, signifying her entering into Overlimit mode. Her Overlimit allowed her to skip the casting stage of her spells, and with a simple "This should tingle... Lightning Blade!" a blade made of lightning appeared above the floating figure and fell towards him/her. If it hit it would give a nasty shock. Immediately after that spell was cast the sky would darken over the figure as Rita began charging power for her attack.

Black sighed and unfolded her arms. "[sub]Fine![/sub]" She said, then walked over to Yukino, she lent in and gave her.....a small peck on her cheek. She stood back up straight and stepped back a bit. "There..." She said in her usual tone, putting her hands in her pockets.

 

[Zepherus14]

Getting within range to attack, Skippy brought the ship around for a better attacking position. "Load the crystals and prepare to fire."

Several sailors seemed to arm various crystals will various forms of magic, mostly fire and lightning. The mana danced inside the crystal as it was primed.

"Ready, and Fire!" Skippy shouted, which cued the sailors to launch their missiles at one of the legaian ships.

@Black: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! KISSES!!!!! OHHHH!!!

 

[Saltyk]

Vanessa's shoot's would continue with their same effectiveness, puncturing holes where they hit, causing some structural damage and allowing water to flow in.

A few rows back a large ship could be seen. At the top was an figure floating above the ship's bridge. The figure moved slightly and then a shot of blue energy could be seen traveling all the way to the Xiphatian ships, striking a boat with a powerful explosion, taking out a whole section of the hull.

The magical missiles strike one of the ships Vanessa hit and puncture a hole in the hull, causing water to flow into the spot.

With a ship now, crippled Ardimas saw the shot from the armored figure shoot by. "Hmph. The Armored Valkyrie. It seems you are leading this assault. Well, this is certainly unexpected. Though, it was odd that you didn't lead any attacks. Now, we know why."

Sensing the incoming attack the armored figure held up both hand above itself to generate a shield. "It seems there is a target to be dealt with. Very well. To protect my men and reduce the casualties I will personally find and deal with this foe."

The figure rose into the air for a second before launching forward with incredible speed.

 

[Wackymon]

Grace see's the guy, "We'll need to take him down." she said, pointing to him.
"They might have some sort of magnetic sheild or something, do you have a bullet made of aluminum or something?" She said to Ness.

 

[Furioso]

With a huff Rita was forced to cancel her spell, and overlimit in order to conserve it, as the figure took off. "Dammit! I can't target something moving that fast!"

 

[Outisakanobody]

Persephone smiled warmly at Yukino and Black. "Perhaps I should leave you two alone." she said, being partly serious and partly joking.

Yuki's ears dropped a bit. [color=bb66bb] Weak... "A lot less than what I was expecting, but thanks." [/color]

Ness pointed up at the figure that just blasted a ship. "Pretty sure that's who we're up against. [small]...Fucking great....[/small]" She sighed under her breath as she switched out to her RPG and fired at the holes she'd created herself.

Turning to Grace, she nodded a small bit. "Not made of aluminum per se, but I do have specialty ammo for my Light Sniper... Something's telling me not to bother though, because if I screw up, this ship's going down since I'd be giving away my position... more so than I am now." She explained, still sighing a bit. ...Even with a charge, I'm not taking that thing down... Let's hope the King comes to defend his capital.

 

[Chungus]

With Rita dropped off, Loki commanded Fafnir to take to the skies again. Seeing the figure move, he flew Fafnir further north to put distance between himself and the figure, but stayed within sight of Rita. He decided not to attack himself, knowing the energy bolts fired would give away his location, and that he wasn't good enough at flying Fafnir to make the beast evade attacks effectively. Instead, he kept up the shroud on Rita, himself, and Fafnir.

I'll be over as fast as I can! Erica answered Tophat, then looked back to Valentine. "Tophat is here, and he needs help. Come on!" she said with a sense of urgency, left Lakewest, running down the main road.

Jessica hit the deck, this time quite literally as she was now on a boat, when the massive beam and explosion took out a Xiphatian ship. "This is hopeless! What are we supposed to do against that?!" She shouted in a panic as she covered up her head with her hands and huddled herself up to be as small as possible.

 

[Zepherus14]

"Captain Skippy, I think I've spotted something coming from 10 O' Clock." One of the soldiers announced.

"Oh?" Skippy turned to that part of the sky and looked, his eye's widening a little, before a grin came across his face, chomping at his pipe. "Well boys look front and center. Here comes The Armoured Valkyrie herself."

The ship continued pelting some of the other legaian ships with missiles and large lances of ice.

Valentine nodded and followed Erica. "Tophat...that name sounds familiar...." She muttered.

Black raised a slight eyebrow. "like what? fireworks? That's just what a kiss is" She said to Yukino. "I get the feeling your making a joke..." She said to Persephone.

 

[Saltyk]

Vanessa's shots opened up larger holes where they hit and one ship can be seen to lean over slightly due to several holes allowing water into the hull.

Seeing this, the armored figure sped over and stopped in front of Skippy's ship. "You must be the Other Worlders. I am Admiral Idula Ehrgeiz. I am commanding this force." The firgure said.
"Why do you fight for Xiphatia? You owe them no allegiance. Think about this, even if you stop our attack, that only prolongs this conflict and condemns people to death. But by ending it here and now, we can avoid all the senseless death that the war will create. Yes, people will still die, but far less will. Especially, if we make the effort to prevent needless deaths."

"Wait... Did she say?" Savranth looked up to the woman who had literally introduced herself as his mother.

In Port Letosh. "I wonder if the Admiral has begun the attack yet..."

On the frontlines...
"Well, according to my estimates, it should be time for Admiral Idula to begin the assault. Assuming nothing happened. It was a smart move to build that base in secret during the peaceful years... Though it was difficult." Lazarus said as he looked over the battlefield, much of the forested area on fire.
"Well, this distraction has been rather successful... I wonder how many of the Xiphatian forces are here? I know that most of the Nightshire force is here."

Getting into cover, the Rookie opened fire on the knight that had attacked him. The knights crouched down, taking cover behind their large shields together with the two wizards.

 

[Furioso]

Off in her concealed spot Rita began chanting again, trying to take advantage of whatever could have caused Idula to stop moving. "O frozen blades, fly sharply across the heavens... Freeze Lancer!" a blue portal would appear next to Idula, firing multiple spears of ice towards her.
