"Looks like a doomsday weapon, if we could get onto one of their ships and line a shot up to him, you might be able to hit him without him realizing it, and if we fail, we took out a ship at least."
She looks at the newfound woman, and said, "... Because... I'm not sure..."

Loki looked of the battle, tracking the armoured figure, now identifiable as Idula. Upon spotting her coming to a halt infront of Skippiy's ship, Loki flew closer to Rita's position. From this location, he scanned the area, looking for other ships that seemed important.

"He came with us when we moved to Winterhold, remember? The living hat." Erica explained to Valentine, although her voice sounded strained, with her finding talking and running at the same time hard to do. After a while, Erica neared the place where Tophat and Rookie were, seeing...

Ness looked up toward Idula and sighed a bit. "In all honesty, I'm not even sure anymore. I just wanted to understand why so many of us were teleported here. That aside we saw some... horrible things in Fourside..." She looked away, remembering the brothel. "Well... I don't think it will come down to us stopping... We're barely doing anything and yet you can take a ship down like--" Then the portal opened up aside Idula and fired things.

Ness instinctively jumped back to avoid any stray shots. "...The hell? Admiral, are you alright?"

Yuki just scratched the back of her ears. [color=bb66bb] "I guess so..." [/color] Looking over toward Persey, the foxgirl shook her head. [color=bb66bb] "Naw... don't think you need to..." [/color]

 

[Kirke]

Erica would see four large knights in black plate-mail crouching behind heavy shields, under fire from the Rookie. Behind them sat two wizards with long black beards, wearing blood red robes. They appeared to be preparing some sort of spell, and had yet to spot Erica and Valentine. All of them were facing away from the two, focusing on the Rookie and Tophat, who were even further away.

Jessica, in standard panicked response, shrieked when Idula suddenly stopped next to the ship she was on and pointlessly held up her defensively. She was surprised to find that she was not dead, as she had no reason to believe Idula would do anything other than just gun her down on sight. After several minutes of cowering, she eventually realized that Idula was speaking. "She actually does make a pretty good point. I mean, if Legaia has the resources where they can just build an entire other navy that Xiphatia can't counter, this is pretty much over for the Xiphatians no matter what we do." Jessica chimed in, after she managed to get her voice under control. Though she was still sitting down on the deck of the ship, partially shielding her face with her hands.
And then she started cowering again when big shards of ice started getting launched around out of nowhere.

"Oh right, I think I remember now..." Valentine said with a small nod.

Black crossed her arms slightly, looking down at the ground.

"A joke...I'm not sure...Am I? Are you sure?" Persephone asked Black and Yukino, still grinning.

'Aye, this ain't good... She's too close for most fire, and to think those lads and lasses are those off-worlders that I've been hearing about.' Skippy thought to himself.

 

[Saltyk]

Idula raised her hand as the portal opened next to her, and her shields focused on the direction of the attack creating an implementable barrier. "I am fine. It seems another off worlder is trying to stop me. I will deal with that one as well." Idula replied with a hint of anger in her voice.

"We had a few months to prepare this and most of our navy was sent for this mission. Anyway, the choice is yours. You can do what you wish, and I will be an enemy or an ally depending on what you do." She says as she rises into the air once more.
"I know not why you are here, but I hope you have some fortune in this endeavor." She said before she shot off once more brandishing a blade to slash at an aerial Golem as she went, cutting it in half.

"Wait... Damn..." Savranth started as Idula flew off.

Grace looked at the battle...
"... Now I'm conflicted..." she said.

Black didn't reply to Persephone, she just continued to look away. "[sub]So did you ask me to do that anyways?[/sub]" She asked Yukino.

"No good, I can't get through that shield. Maybe with my ultimate attacks, but she moves too fast for me to target her." said Rita to Loki, provided he was in earshot

Ness blinked as Idula rushed off. She stood there for a moment before walking toward Jessica and sitting next to her, her weapons dispelled. "Well... I'm out of sniper ammo... and even though they're strong, my magnums won't do a damn thing to these ships. I'm sorry, Sav, but I'm useless now."

She began to think for a few moments. ...I don't see a point in this... All I really have to do is help Jessica with the anomaly... Hell, I could probably use the tech from Legaia to help with my own as well... Why did I choose this side...?

Yuki looked away for a bit before responding to Persephone. [color=bb66bb] "Yeah... it's fine..." [/color] Turning to Black, she sighed before explaining. [color=bb66bb] "Well... because I honestly wanted to know what you thought. I honestly do like you, Black... but I was thinking you didn't like me back." [/color]

"I suppose I'll stay then." Persephone said as she smoked a little closer to the two.

 

[Drakmorg]

"So am I." Jessica replied to Grace. Holding her right hand out to one side, she said, "On the one hand, Legaians are all reprehensible stains on the face of sentient life everywhere..." She then held out her left hand. "But on the other, they're the reprehensible stains that basically can't lose this war anymore, so fighting against them is utterly pointless..." She let out a depressed sigh as she slumped down slightly.

 

[Wackymon]

"Well... They seem to be able to overpower them... Maybe..."
She looks at Savranth, "The king could sign a treaty between the two again? See if they could get the two to stop fighting?" she said, "Maybe we from other worlds could work as mediators, and keep the two leaders from killing one another?..."

 

[Chungus]

Given that he had moved closer to Rita, Loki could hear what she had said. "Change of plan, then. Target the largests ship. We will not be able to destroy each and every last one of them, but should enough of the ships leading the assault be sunk, then that would be cause for concern." He said to Rita, raising his voice to make himself heard.

Seeing the knights and wizards, who had yet to see her, Erica pressed herself against a wide tree. I think I'm going to need to do something I haven't done in a long time... Looking to Valentine, Erica held her hand out towards her, in the palm of which glowed a sphere of turquoise light. Clenching her hand into a fist, Valentine was momentarily surrounded by a glow of similar hue. After this glow faded, Valentine would feel more couragous. She would also find that she was more resiliant to damage then usual, and tire at a far slower rate. "Okay, so... They have yet to spot us. This is good... Now, if I could lay down some traps, could you lead those knights into them and deal with them afterwards? I'll take on the mages."

OoC: Erica cast Courage. I'll say the effects lasts 4 turns.

Mild, having been silently following Erica, watches the knights.

The Rookie had a hard time staying in cover, as the wizards slowly melted it away with barrages of magic bolts.
