The rathalos uttered a low growl at Adam, but did not lash out at him. The human seemed harmless enough. He decided to forget about it and strode away a short distance instead, stretching his wings experimentally. As always, there were no thermals to carry him easily into the air and he made a low pitched whine, an almost mournful sound.
Amelia's mouth twisted into a frown. [color=ff7777] "...So the group that led us down here needs assistance. I'd rather not become part of some hostage situation provided they do end up failing... We may want to do as the blonde woman says and head down there.... well.... provided anyone here can fight." [/color] She said, gripping the hilt tighter.

Due to the announcement, Ness began to stir a small amount. Her hair had become a total mess and she slowly rose up, not yet aware of the situation.

Hearing Amelia's statement, Gideon raised an eyebrow. Okay... Something definitely changed about her. He wondered if Amelia had some form of split personality disorder, but upon seeing her grip the holt of the rapier more tightly, came back to his initial idea of her change being linked to it. As he thought, however, he shook his head in response to her. "I'm no soldier. I've never held a weapon in my life, or cast a spell. So I'm not about to walk into a firefight."
Seeing Ness wake up, Gideon momentariy looked towards her, before looking back to the direction of Amelia and Samus.

The elevator slowed as it reached the dorms, and its door swung open.

Adam shrugged, and allowed Rozlynn to take back control. "You will be mine, mister dragon..."

Samus looked at Ness waking up, then turned to Gideon. "Stay behind, keep an eye on the others." She looked at the elevator as it came to a halt outside.
Amelia nodded toward Samus and then stood up. [color=ff7777] "Much appreciated, madam." [/color] She then turned toward Gideon. [color=ff7777] "Then can you see if anyone else here can fight? Whoever's willing or available should join us, so we can all go in as one force." [/color] Looking toward the elevator, she frowned a bit more. [color=ff7777] "I'll try and see if anyone else is straggling around the other rooms..." [/color] She made her way to do just that, hand on her rapier the entire time.

The rathalos hissed and turned sharply as it picked up a new scent, this time that of a human female. When he did so however, he saw that the male who had faced him was now gone without a trace, replaced by this female. Not only that, but he recognised her face. IT was the one who had held his head as the hunters forced unnatural sleep on him. Curiosity aroused again, he approached her, watching the shadows for the male.
"Don't need t'tell me twice." Gideon said to Samus with a nod. Looking back to Amelia, he nodded once more, before standing up, and approaching Ness. "Hey." He began as he stopped a few paces infront of the foot end of the bed. "In case you haven't heard, this place is appearantly under attack, and security's not doing so well. Can you fight?"

Ness blinked a bit before noticing Gideon and what he had said. [color=666666] "...Uh, I can..." [/color] She said, summoning a comb in a flash of blue light and beginning to comb her bedhead out. [color=666666] "...If they're really doing that bad, I guess I've got no choice in it then... Where do we need to go?" [/color] Her tired voice began to gain some small amount of enthusiasm as she spoke.

When Ness materialised the comb from the light, Gideon looked somewhat curious at it, wondering what had happened. Dispite there being a flash of light infront of him in a dark area, Gideon didn't blink as it happened, either seeming to not have noticed the light, or simply not being hurt by it. "The lift." He answered, twisting his body slightly, and pointing towards the lift. "They said there'd be a debriefing once you come out of it."
Ness gave Gideon a nod before rolling out of bed and putting her hat on, walking toward the elevator as well. [color=666666] "Thanks. Stay safe here." [/color] She gave a wave to both Samus and Remilia before Amelia walked through and made her way to the elevator. [color=ff7777] "Let's be off then." [/color] She said authoritatively as she walked into the lift. Ness followed after quietly.
There was a loud thud in the darkness as Franky dozily climbed out of the ball, rubbing his face. At first there was just a storm of squeaks before a brief pause. "Would you people keep it quiet! I don't know what you're nattering about, but is it really that important!? I was having a great dream too!!" He groaned.
