"Maybe this is one of those things that's subtly different between worlds", Timea theorized upon hearing Sibylla's comments. "I'll probably never know. Oh well, it's not all that important, is it?"

Seeing Hillary stuff a finger in her mouth, Timea looked on a bit curiously, and looked more confused as Hillary began eating sand, though this didn't show beyond expressions in the eyes and body language, in her current form. "... You actually eat sand?" she asked, wondering what else Hillary could eat, if she could eat sand. "Doesn't that feel... bad?"

"What would happen if they were found out?" Robin asked the sailor.

Hillary looked up with just as a confused expression on as Timea had, albeit more so since she actually had a human face to work with. "But you said I should put some more sand into me?" She restated, some sand falling from her hands to the ground. "How else am I supposed to do that?" Hillary asked.

Matilda would follow Cybil and the others off the boat.

"Depends on who finds out. Worst case scenario, slavers try and capture them." the sailor replied. "They're not full Vesh'Rah, though, so that's unlikely."

"I was thinking you could just push it into yourself. Like what you did with that piece of liver? But in reverse", Timea clarified. "But I suppose eating it works, too. It's just that sand isn't something paticularly edible, so to see someone gobble handfulls of it up is somewhat strange. ... Even if they are made of it."

"So, whaddid I miss? Wait, I didn't miss the fight, did I?!" Topaz asked Aqua.

"I'm afraid so. But it wasn't very eventful. You would have been bored anyways." She replied. "But if people here have a problem with our companions, we will need to protect them. You'll get your fun."

"Oh." Was all that Hillary said initially, having a bit of thought on the logic there. While she did this, she looked from Timea, to the sand, back to Timea, and one last look at the beach before taking one more handful and nomming it. She'd then scoot back over to Timea and Sybilla. "Stuff like what to eat and what not to eat is strange here... Sorry about that."

Zephy grumbled to herself as she was handed the cloak and was about to deny the garment before hearing 'slavers'. Her ears twitched once before she'd silently cover herself up. [color=46e16f] "Thanks..." [/color] She'd continue to follow the others, mumbling something in French under her breath.

"There's no need to appolagise, Hillary", Timea said reassuringly. "Youdon't know about the customs here, it can't be expected you conform to it. And frankly, neither should you. As long as it's not hurting anything, what's the harm, right~?"

"But then people would think I'm weird? But, I guess you're right." Hillary answered, looking a bit relieved. Hillary then scooted over to Sybilla, tugging lightly on her arm to get her attention. "Come on Sybilla, lets go find a nice place or something?"

"You realize she's just doing it because she's really clingy and thinks you're really close friends already, right?" Topaz asked Robin.

"That's- That's not true. I protect people who don't seem capable of defending themselves. It's just what I do. There is nothing special about this group of people." She responded, her cheeks taking on a deeper blue color as if she was blushing.

Robin smiled a little bit, but forced his face to remain neutral to preserve Aqua's dignity. "Whatever the reason, I'm glad for the assistance."

Magic Eye and EMily were taking in the sights.

Although not visible, Magic Eye was transmitting infrared light to measure distances of objects to create a 3D map of the city. It had been continually recording their journey and location based on speed and acceleration as per EMily's earlier instructions. It seemed to be rotating in place slowly as it scanned, trying to cover spots that were obscured by moving people. Its pattern recognition algorithms were doing their best to sort away human-like objects from its map.

"Yer made outta sand. Folks is already gonna think Yer weird." Sibylla pointed out to Hillary. She followed along with Hillary as the sand pile started to pull her along. "Naht sure how much help ah'll be, but ahlright."
