Robin paused for a second, as if actually considering the cat projectile idea, but decided against it. "We know nothing about it. I don't think we can just take it."

Although it would take a while for it to do any real damage and it was at a point where the damage was barely vissible, the watcher's vigorous licking was starting to wear down on the stone.

They didn't care too much about the cat-watching group's discussion, but did slow down their licking some when they noticed Robin starting to approaching them again, opening their right eye more, and looking towards him.

"As far as we know, it's just a cat. Nothing to be worried about. Though staying away is probably the best idea."

"'As far as we know'. But we DON'T know. And given its tracks, its far heavier than it looks. That's likely not the only thing different between it and regular cats." She said, then sighed when she saw Homer approaching it. "I guess he volunteered to get killed by it first."

"I want to give big, stone, spirit cat name... His name is now Shin. Shin The Unyielding. Unyielding like stone of quarry. Me, and Shin are now best of friend forever." Heno also walked towards the cat moving in front of Homer in case the cat did actually attack them.

Seeing Robin stop the approach, the watcher went half-lidded again, though this was short-lived as Homer approached shortly after. The watcher's eyes fully opening, they begrudgingly pulled their head away from the delicious stonework, and let out a half-hearted hiss. Realising how feeble that sounded, the watcher quickly followed it up by a sharper one.

"Shin" wasn't reciprocating Heno's deceleration of affection, as they stood up, and began walking off after hissing. Although a little softer now that they weren't running, gravel crackled as it was pressed into the ground with each footstep.

Heno was waving to Shin as he left. "Goodbye, Shin! Have great time in forest, ya! Come back later, and I will get limestone! Will be very delicious, ya! Remember to be never give up, and be unyielding to evil!"

As the group watched the cat walk off, they would spot a teal flash of light a short distance away, at the side of one of the houses.

The watcher moved some amount, noting they were being followed as they heard Homer's boots displace the gravel behind them. Letting out a growl, they began picking up some speed. Although given the ground and their weight, this didn't mean a great deal other then more noise.

If Homer continued to pursue the watcher, they'd look behind themselves and let out another hiss, with their already fluffy tail fur fluffing up more, and the hairs on their back raising. If not, the watcher would slow down again, and move towards the nearest edge of the village that didn't have people near it.

Aquamarine turned her head to the flash of light, but before she could react, Topaz ran off to it. "Damnit Topaz, get back here!" She shouted before running after him at a much slower pace.

Homer and the others would, upon getting close to the area where the flash had occurred, spot a girl around his own age. Even in the low light, he would be able to make out her lightly tanned skin, light brown hair and black dress, though her eyes were shut. Lying next to her was a long white cane, with a black handle at one end and a red band around the other, and a dark messenger bag.
