"Very good then. Have a nice day." She then went back to where the group was assembled.

"Robin, were you able to find something to help with preserving fish?"

"And just what is going on here?" She turned to the rest of the group.

 

[Silence]

"Ooh. Come with us, show me in the desert! We can be as loud as we want there!"

"Right", was all Timea said in response, the response itself half spoken under her breath. She frowned at the thought of Sibylla not being allowed to work for her independence, but would be expected to fight. She also wondered why this was asked of her if Kuku defended the village, but didn't ask about it.

Having noted a improvement in Sibylla's mood before, which had diminished now, Timea began walking again, and said, "Let's change the subject, hmm? What do you do for fun?"

"I've found a spell for preserving food. We need to find a certain flower." Robin showed EMily the book.

 

[Slenn]

"Ah, what kind of flower?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"There's not a name present, but it's pretty common and it looks distinct." Robin showed EMily the picture in the book. "They need to be grinded. I have a lot of money, perhaps I could buy a mortar and pestle."

 

[Slenn]

"That would be most beneficial. How much money do you have?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Twenty seven, twenty eight gold." Robin told her.

 

[Outisakanobody]

"Let me see that." Jane said as she looked at the flower picture, wondering if it had been one she already picked.

It being a common flower, Jane would find she had already picked a few, bit they probably needed more due to the amount of food they had.

"Huh. Guess I'll start getting more." Jane said as she discarded the unneeded flowers and went looking for the right ones.

"Thanks. I'll get the mortar and pestle." Robin nodded in thanks and went looking for a doctor, herbalist, alchemist, chef or other such place he could find what he needed.

"Sleep, mosly. Not much else ta do where ahm from, seein' as how ah can't rightly work or anythin' else." Sibylla answered Timea.

 

[Chungus]

At Sibylla's response, Timea let out a soft, "hmm", followed by a moment's silence. After, she said, "Well, You're your own person, now. You'll find something to make for a enriching day, yet. Climbing, maybe? I've noticed you've climbed into a tree just a moment ago."

"Now how is climbin' s'posed ta be fun? S'like sayin' ya goin' walkin' fer fun'r sumthin'." Sibylla disbelievingly replied to Timea.

 

[Chungus]

"That's not very uncommon, actually. It happens a fair bit", Timea pointed out. "But to answer your question; Someone could like climbing as an exercise, or just for the challenge of scaling a height and getting to the top. It's not something I really enjoy, but I can understand the appeal", she explained, then, after a pause, added, "We'll find out soon enough if it's something you'll enjoy, you'll have to do some climbing to get up to the sleeping place I've found."

"Climbin's real easy though. But ahlright."

 

[Chungus]

"Well, you're open to it. That's good! You should get a plenty exercise to keep your in the best state you can be in", Timea responded with some forced enthusiasm, though it still sounded natural. Reaching the temple grounds again, Timea stopped. "For now, though, let's do some more asking around. I'll go back to trying to learn about the local gods, and in the meantime, why don't you ask people about other worlds?" she explained, then looked around the area. "Maybe start over there?" At the suggestion, Timea placed one hand on Sibylla's shoulder, and leaning closer to her, pointing towards the palace.

Robin would be able to find a shop which had, among other things, a mortar and pestle for sale, for ten copper coins.
