When Shara approached and spoke up, Matilda recognised the voice, but also could not remember the other woman's name. Shara's statement made Matilda remember where she had heard the voice before, however.
Then another arrival appeared, flopping down rather clumsily and landing face-down in the gravel on the outskirts of the town square with a high-pitched yelp.
The figure would look humanoid from a distance, but upon any sort of inspection, was clearly far from being human. The creature was covered in reptilian scales of an earthy hue, ranging from dirt-brown to sandy. Its legs, though bearing the general shape of human legs, completely lacked toes. The creatures face and neck both appeared perfectly human, presenting dark brown skin as opposed to scales, and having all the features one would expect. Instead of hair, the creature's scalp was covered in a writhing mass of snakes, all seeming terribly agitated at the moment.
As its sole piece of clothing, the creature wore a white cotton tunic, reaching halfway down the thighs. Or at least one could assume it was originally white, as the piece was heavily stained and had numerous sections replaced with patches of different colored cloth, so the most certain one could be about its original color was a rough guess. The sleeves appeared to have been torn or worn away with time. The piece was secured around the creature's waist with a length of rope tied into a simple knot behind its back. On its face, the creature wore a blind-fold, made of a similar filthy cotton cloth as its clothing.

Robin turned as he heard a yelp, looking over at the reptilian woman. "Are you alright?" He noticed the snake hair, but decided opening with a question wasn't a good idea.
With a flash of a portal and a ear rending screech an old police wagon goes racing by and crashes into an extradimensional wall that only existed for a few seconds before vanishing, with a shout of "Now I have to get those remounted!" coming from the mangled wreckage of car.
Robin jumped at the sound of metal hitting wood, and turned around, looking at the wreckage. "Get out of there!" he shouted to the man in the wreck.
A man in a tan coat, spattered with the viscera of creatures from the outer realms, climbs out of the broken and mangled wreck of his old 1920's era police wagon, two words can almost be made out on the side door AR_H_M POL__E. The man appears to be carrying a double barreled shotgun in one hand, and holding onto the strap of a very large, old camera. "Alright, there's always monsters in these places." he looks at Robin "Hey! I don't usually see a human face in these places, what kind of business would send a fellow like you through one of those portals?"
"Well, you don't look like one of those loons, and you don't speak in strange tongues, so I guess that means that you are okay, but your clothes sure look like you're not from my neck of the woods. This'll show the editor for sure. Strange man in a dark coat with white hair and a sword, that'll be great for my proof" Man holds up his camera and prepares to take a picture
Seeing all the opposition to her interrogation, Aquamarine released her mace, which glowed then disappeared. "If you humans are so insistent on getting yourselves killed, I suppose I can't stop you." She said, before turning her attention back to the Watcher. "Go ahead and kill them, creature. I won't stop you."
"A sword? What?" Robin looked in his pack, noticing the glint of a sword's hilt sticking out of the top.

The man takes a picture producing a large flash, then slots in a new bulb into his camera "Yup, strange isn't. Now, can I get your name sir? For the newspaper, of course" he pulls out a notepad and a pen, slinging the shotgun over his shoulder
"I'm Robin.", blinking to clear his eyes after the flash. He went over to the reptilian woman, checking on her. She was unconscious, but not hurt.
The man writes down Robin's name on the notepad, "Alright, now since it's only a fair trade, my name is Dare- HOLD ON RIGHT THERE!" he breaks off after seeing the reptilian lady. "I KNEW there were monsters in here!", he yells and swiftly pulls out his shotgun and aims it at the snake lady
Being a attentive one, Sebastian(?) didn't miss the metal sphere emerging, followed by EMily, which then was followed by two more new arrivals, even if they were largely occupied with slinking away. Seeing Robin come in between Shara and Aqua, Sebastian(?) cocked an eyebrow as the former seemed to be pushed back, while they couldn't see by what. They didn't think more on it, however, when Aqua announced she wouldn't care what Sebastian(?) would do.
Sebastian(?), in turn, raised an eyebrow, followed by a shrug. Things indeed seemed a world gone mad.
Now needing to worry less about possibly being attacked, Sebastian(?) glanced around at the new several arrivals again, and.... ! did nothing. Their thoughts, however, returned to just how common a occurrence this was. They thought about continuing to ask Shara about it, but seeing she was talking to a new arrival already, one she seemed to know, Sebastian decided to not interrupt. Instead, they walked towards the jetty, following the path the bearded man walked down.

"The situation seemed to have resolved itself, yes." Sebastian(?) answered, not walking onto the jetty, as that would immediately break it. Instead, they walked up to the shore, to just about the point where their toes touched the water. "I could really do with having some questions, answered, however. So if you could help me out with that, I'll try to see about getting out of your hair, afterwards."
The man sat down on the edge of the jetty, then looked at Sebastian. "I'll do my best to answer your questions." he said.
"Well, looking around here, it seems to me people appearing from God-knows where is something that happens every day around here." Sebastian(?) began. "Now, I've been told this is something that started recently, but what about the rest of the world?" After asking this, Sebastian(?) paused, shifting their weight slightly, and made a slight hand gesture, turning the palm of their hand towards the bearded man. "And the million Dollar question; how would I go about getting back to where I came from?"
