Imagine... a swarm of locusts, descending on a field and leaving nothing left, that's what my world's people are like. Except that instead of just leaving nothing, they leave their ever-growing, grossly destructive and perpetually expanding cities. These are filled with all kinds of unnecessary contraptions, requiring structures that spew out smog to keep them powered. Travel over large distances is done in... metal carriages on land, metal ships on the seas, and metal ships with wings in the sky. All of these spew out smog, too." Timea's tone of voice during the explanation went from subdued to increasingly venomous, her walk being done in more aggressive steps. After the explanation, Timea sighed, shaking her head. "I could probably go on for literally hours mentioning everything wrong with the world, but I do think you get the gist of it."

Finding it couldn't detect a signal matching what it expected to match a machine like the Terminator, Ultron instead looked if there were any signals from other machines in the world. Not expecting to actually find anything of the sort, it was just done to kill time.
