[color=006d5b]"Be careful with that. Robin said it was electrified or something."[/color] Matilda said, when she heard the orb being moved around. However, Cybil, Topaz and Magic Eye would not detect or feel any electrical fields.

As Homer started digging through the rubble, he would come across a few corpses and some buried homes. All of the corpses looked like they had been killed with either claws or a sword, rather than burned or crushed to death as he might assume.

Road to Calibeth City - 13:42 PM​

Ultron continued on heading towards Calibeth City. Not thinking it had any reason to hurry, it went at a steady 25k\h, and setting it due to arrive in twelve minutes. On the way, Ultron paid attention to the background noise, looking if it became stronger as it moved farther south, finding it didn't change.

 

[Silence]

After she found nothing of note in the cave, Anik kicked some more rubble. "Nothing invisible here." she said to Sally.
Then she climbed out again, her agility and new gained strength helping quite a lot. Up there, she said: "We should make camp somewhere. Cybil, you can teach me how to fight ... Cybil, what are you doing?" she added after she heard and noticed the ... interesting movements.

 

[Wackymon]

"Playing with the ancient artifact like my dog plays with a bone. It's adorable." Sally said, walking next to Anik.

 

[Drakmorg]

Cybil held onto the ball for a moment before batting it back towards Topaz again. [color=9f2089]"Heh? I didn't feel anything."[/color] She replied to Matilda with some initial confusion. [color=9f2089]"Trying to take my mind off all this bad mess."[/color] She answered Anik.

"Strange..." Robin mused. "Maybe it's magic based? You don't have magic powers, correct?" He asked Cybil.

 

[Silence]

"I asked Cybil." Anik replied to Sally, withholding the urge to punch her.
Then she said to Cybil: "Well, that's a good idea, at least. Now, do you want to train me somewhere? I have the feeling I will need it some time in the near future.

Can I try to touch the orb as well? If it is safe to touch now." she added.

[color=9f2089]"Nope."[/color] Cybil frankly replied to Robin. [color=9f2089]"Yeah, may as well just do it right now, since apparently nothing is going on."[/color] She said to Anik.

 

[Silence]

"All right. So ... what's the most effective method to force someone to give up fighting? Dislocating the shoulder or something? How would I even go about it?" Anik said, "Just remember to lead my limbs into position, if you want to show me something. ... You maybe also could show some things by doing them to others, while I concentrate on you both. I just probably won't be able to make out details, this way." she added, remembering the "concentrating on blood" lesson.

Robin looked worriedly at Cybil, afraid he would be used as a training dummy.

"Well, I'm willing to work as your training dummy- Though, I suffer from Congenital insensitivity to pain, so I might not be the best subject. I doubt Robin would be a good one, either."

Homer was rather confused by his findings. He walked over to Robin.

"I...found some bodies in a building. They looked like they were...cut. with swords or maybe claws..." he said quietly.

Jane walked around, kicking at rubble.

Robin looked to Homer. "Hmm... Perhaps this was some kind of beast. Though I dread to think what could do this..." He looked around for the bodies, to inspect them closer.

Homer would lead him over to the bodies he found.

As Robin examined the bodies, he would see that Homer's description was accurate. The bodies did show signs of being cut with swords, and others seemed to have been clawed apart. Robin might also notice that some of the sword wounds were also accompanied by burns. He would note that all of the clawed bodies and all of the bodies with burned areas around the cuts were guards, however some of the bodies that had been killed with a sword but had no burns were servants.
As such, he may deduce that there were at least three killers; one with fangs and claws, one with a burning sword, and one with a non-burning sword, and that the first two were fighting the guards specifically. Robin and Homer might also remember that the Vesh'Rah had sharp teeth and claw-like nails.

Cybil showed Anik techniques like where to hit people to make them feel the most pain while inflicting the least amount of actual lasting damage, and things like submission holds that could be used to break or dislocate limbs. I have no actual knowledge of fighting, so I can't describe what these would actually be and what the process of learning them would be like.

Sally most likely would be occupied by being the dummy for Cybil, due to the fact that she couldn't feel any pain from the attacks. She did, however, ask that they refrain from breaking her limbs, she has been running low on doctor's bags.

Robin noted all this in his tome, stone faced, making a few connections in his head. He stepped back from the bodies, not wanting to look at them any longer than he had to.

"Why did this happen?" Homer asked Robin, looking at him sadly.

"I don't know." Robin admitted sadly.
