Anik would find that the building was on the edge of the docks, which were fairly similar to the dock in Femesh Daer, mostly being made of wood with quite a bit of activity. The building itself was also mostly wooden, with no stone, and had two rooms, divided by a wall which had a window in it. In the area were quite a lot of Vesh'Rah, but only a few dozen Calibethans and some Kaisiri humans, most of whom were on the ships.
The clerk dug through a pile of papers at Timea's request, and then offered her a map. She would see that Vesh was roughly teardrop shaped, with Utarra being on the southern coast. The southern portion of the island was dominated by the mountain's southern edge, though as the island widened further north there was more space between mountain and coast. The northern region was noted to be non-mountainous, but the map did state that it consisted of fields of burning ice.

"There's a shrine up on the mountain." the guard explained, pointing his stump towards the building with the glowing moon symbol on it, to the north. He then said, in response to Speedy's question, despite not looking directly at him, "I lost my forearm in a fight."
