"This is the only lead I have right now. And even if I can't find information on her, I still may find something useful or interesting." Robin told the priest, then started looking through the shrine's tomes for any sign of Et or anything he didn't know already.

Sibylla was still completely unable to produce anything from following Anik's instruction. She sighed heavily as she otherwise silently followed after Timea.

 

[Silence]

"Maybe you should try finger snapping, or creating another sound, instead." Anik said, but left it at that for now, not wanting to push the issue.
Instead, she followed Timea as well, to wherever she was going.

Utarra Area- Day 5 - 09:47​

While walking, heading to and through the eastern city, and following the road towards Veketta, Timea too, practiced doing the mouth clicks. While doing so, Timea wondered how this would give her a sightless image of her surroundings, but didn't ask about it, thinking it would be better to first get the basics down before questioning the advanced things.

"So, on the way to these ice fields, we'll come across a place called... Veekhuta. If anyone's tired by the time we get there, we'll stop nearby", she announced, struggling to pronounce Veketta's name.

"Alright. And if we stop, I can show you how these echoes are created. We just need to come across a tree or a wall - but that should not be too hard to find." Anik said. "I hope the way is not too far, though."

Robin would, as the priest had claimed, find no mention of Et in the book.

"That... Sounds painful." Sibylla uncomfortably rubbing the fingers of one of her hands as she replied to Anik.

Utarra Area- Day 5 - 09:47​

"It's not really anything you feel, Sibylla. Listen", Timea stated to Sibylla, then demonstrated a finger snap, the sound more loud then if a human made the motion. "It's done by pressing the middle finger against the thumb, applying some pressure, then pulling the thumb to the side to let the finger snap against the palm of your hand. Try it."

With her ability to sense hearts back to normal, Anik would feel, that despite her outwardly friendly demeanour, Timea's feelings towards her were at a low, with there being a great amount of disgust and mistrust.

Utarra Area- Day 5 - 09:47

About to explain, but not comfortable in being able to do it right, Anik was glad Timea did explain the finger snapping. Timeas feelings did not bother her too much, as they would reflect her own towards herself.

Now, on the way out of Utarra, Anik put on her veil again, as the healer had explained that there was much hostility towards humans in this area. She followed in silence, listening if Sibylla was able to snap her fingers.

Robin snapped the books closed, disappointed. He thanked the priests, then left, scanning for Cybil.

Sibylla would practice attempting to snap, but due to Timea's minimal instruction, would not come close to doing so successfully.

Robin would have no luck finding Cybil, as she was still out doing things.

Utarra Area- Day 5 - 09:48​

"Hmm. That's not quite it", Timea commented. "Here, this is how you do it." Stepping over to Sibylla to, and slowly walking alongside Sibylla, Timea took hold of her right hand, and guided her through the motions. "Keep practising doing that."

After, Timea stepped back to the front at her normal walking speed.

Veketta Area- Day 5 - 19:48

After 10 hours of walking, Anik's feet hurt like hell, but she did not complain. "I sense many people in front of us. Are we approaching the city? Vekutta or something?

Say, Timea, how much distance was on the map between here and the ice fields?"

Veketta Area- Day 5 - 19:48​

Timea wasn't tired after the long trek, but did slow down as she noticed a drop in vitality with her companions, offering to carry whichever one person that needed a rest most. Not having eaten as much as she'd have liked in the morning, however, she was rather hungry.

"That's right, Anik", Timea confirmed, surveying the area. "It didn't say how much distance it would be from here, to the burning ice fields, but depending if the map was drawn to scale... it should be the same distance we just walked, give or take." Saying this, Timea turned to Anik. "So, we rest here for the day."

Robin frowned, but decided to put the time to good use, scouting for an inn or other place they could stay.

"Alright." Anik said, and clicked to find a tree or a wall or a fence near them, lifting the veil to reach further.
