"I can't speak for the others, but that's exactly how I came into being. Although I can't remember anything from before my creation. I may not even have had minds, then", Timea explained.

She furrowed her scaly brow a little at Anik's second statement. "Well, like I said before; good and evil don't exist. It's all a matter of perspective. And from the perspective of others, there have been plenty that have considered me evil." Speaking, Timea sounded a little agitated, although the agitation wasn't directed towards Anik.

"... You are right." Anik said, although it was not clear if she really understood what Timea meant with good and evil not existing. "But I can see what you mean. People can be very scared, and do not understand very much. I ... know."

Her mind went to places where she did not want it to go, so she got back to another point in the conversation. "How old are you then? Did you see humans, before they really built their civilizations?"

The Doctor sat there thinking of the next course of action. "I have an idea. it's pretty flimsy but it's only lead." The Doctor walked towards a nearby guard and asked "The leaders in the meeting that took place yesterday, who exactly are they specifically" The Doctor asked knowing the question was a bit vague

"Oh, absolutely", Timea responded, with a normal tone, and at normal speaking levels, but continued with a hushed tone. "As mentioned, I lived in a time where people still lived as simple hunters and foragers. A time where a sharp sticks and shaped rocks were the height of technology. Simple times." Timea paused for a moment, letting out a small sigh. "Better times. ... As for how old I am, exactly? Well, I don't know. I'm not very good at keeping track of time, and back then, no one else was, either."

"I think I would not be able to live back then." Anik said, smiling sadly. "Anyways, did you ... appear human then as well? Or were you able to talk with people in your true form?

And did something connect you to the others of your kind, were you able to do something with them?" she asked, interested in Timeas past relationships.

"Just a visitor." The man said to the guard without even turning to face him, putting his hand on the handle. Unless the guard tried to stop him, he would open the hatch to Shara's cell.

"No, I didn't speak to any humans, then. Humanity doesn't get along with other creatures.

I'm sure you've sensed I have own share of negative feelings. There is a reason for that", Timea answered Anik's first question, and left it at that. Not wanting to dwell on that particular subject, she quickly moved on.

"As for others of my kind; I couldn't say with much certainty. I only met one - in my early adulthood - with whom I had a romantic relationship. We bonded, and drifted apart when the feelings fleeted. And that was the end of that. Not that much later in my life, I saw another, but we didn't interact."

The guard sighed but, assuming he just hadn't been told about the visitor, backed off. He kept his eye on the mystery man, however, to make sure he didn't try and break Shara out.

Since the guard was starting to think the Doctor was crazy, or possibly a horrifically incompetent spy, he walked off and muttered something under his breath.

The man opened the hatch to Shara's cell, looking inside. "Your situation confuses me." he told its occupant.

The Doctor went back inside and decided to ask the hotel clerk "Can you tell me anything about the people in the meeting last night?"

"It's not as simple as just picking a creature and changing into it. It's moulding the body; each shape, every detail, is a conscious choice", Timea clarified. "But to answer your question, that's an ability I taught myself. Originally, this ability is what let us change the colours of our bodies, to communicate."

"That must have taken a ... very long time." Anik said, astonished. "Probably far longer than a humans lifespan. Hmm ... What about the other things? Your healing, and whatever you did there, fighting? I have only heard of breathing fire, and knowing how the legends can often state wrong things ... "

"You're absolutely right on this", Timea said at normal speaking levels, letting out a small laugh. For a moment, she was quiet, then looked to Hillary, calling out, "You're doing ever so well, Hillary! Keep up the good work~"

After this, she continued speaking to Anik, in a hushed voice again. "The stories tell this on my world, as well. Of course, stories don't necessarily reflect reality. In one, it's said I gave birth to the cosmos. Quite literally, too. This isn't the case, of course. I might be large, but nowhere near that scale."

Either way: All my breath attacks, I've had since birth. My children, however, only have one or two types of breath attacks. So later generations could only have fire as their breath weapon. Or the only type that happened to be documented, and passed down.
