Timea would get a pretty good look at the girl while the girl circled those many times, that she didn't seem to have any gems on her body. Moreover, Timea would see why she'd had so much trouble spotting the girl in the first place as she too was made of a similar fine sand. Additionally, the sand didn't seem to fall from her very easily, sure a sprinkle or two happened every once in a while, but if someone were to try and replicate a sand sculpture of her, it would surely fall over.
Regardless, the girl apparently hadn't spotted Timea in her circling, and when Timea spoke it took the girl a second to realize she'd been spoken to. Sniffling, the girl turned her head to Timea. Her blank grainy eyes stared back at Timea, no indication of pupils or irises, although they did seem to visibly adjust like she was actually looking at particular things. "W-What's happe-?" She squeaked, her voice sounding somewhat distorted similar to someone having lots of phlegm. The girl however didn't stare for too long as she registered Timea's appearance and extra leg parts, and would start to back away from Timea. It would be hard to tell if the girl was properly gliding, stepping with one limb and then the other, or some combination of the two, but Timea would see some of the sand follow the girl as she moved away.
