Kuki thought Blue was annoying, and was still ignoring what she was saying, although they scowled a little as Blue told them they should go home.
Reading Kuki's mind, Blue might have a very hard time deciphering their thoughts, as they not only didn't speak any human language, but had no concept of audio, all-together. Language for them, came in the form of electro-reception.
Should she be able to work around this hefty language barrier, Blue would find Kuki was currently thinking about how much Blue irritated them, and wanting to leave.
"It certainly is." Blue answered Shana. "You could attract all kinds of villains - not to mention that open rifts destabilize reality itself.
So, we're gonna take care of that."
Blue was not able to read Kuki's thoughts clearly, but she got an idea through feelings/other receptions. She held out her hand.

Still, he never did give up the demand that the trooper should be handed over to them. Anik's extradition is still not something I can influence, but I am the representative of XPOL here. She called her superior, the superintendent in charge of Canadian operations, and detailed her discussion with Green. She stressed the fact that Green had implied war could be brewing over the killing of 'White', and asked permission to negotiate with the ones at the dimensional port. She also asked that the reports about the incident be sent there, along with 'White's body. After some consideration, Ella was allowed to go request a guarantee that the officer who killed 'White' be left as an internal Earth matter. After saying goodbye to Ella, the superintendent called his contact in the Canadian government to alert them about the potential danger.
After hanging up, Ella told Dalahar what her mission was, and that they needed to go to the dimensional port.

Kuki looked to Blue's hand, cocking their head, and being very confused about where this fellow critter had been until now. With Blue's minimalistic dress, it seemed unlikely the critter would have been in a compartment.

Looking to the critter for a moment longer, and not wanting to talk to Blue if it could be helped, Kuki decided to ask the critter where they had been hiding. They tried sending a signal to it to initiate conversation, amounting to saying "hello there".

"That's pretty much it. The portal should have only had the connection to the familiar worlds. It did that for the most part, but it was unstable, creating dimensional anomalies after a time, which caused you and others to arrive.
The people here are too stupid to realize they had an unstable portal. And that's a friggin station, not a quarantine zone."
The critter send back the same signal, "hello there". It however squirmed around as well, seemingly in fear and uncomfortable.

Seeing the reaction the critter gave, Kuki became increasingly confused, unsure why the critter responded as simply, while looking to be in distress. They briefly looked from the critter, to Blue, then back down. Then, they asked if the critter was all right, and what their name was.
"Well it certainly looked like it was being quarantined. In any case. So the anomaly is that the portal is spawning other gateways because it's unstable, correct?"
