Could agree with that. Not that Yahtzee is the alone founder of the Escapist's success but let's face it.. he was the reason why some of us (me for example) came to here in the first place. The fact I recently started reading the forums was more of a gradual increase of interestChiefmon said:

ESCAPIBOT-1000, reporter debonair with a trusty notebook and pen-sword. No zombies too many, no boss fights too hard, no quick time events too evil to prevent Escapibot from getting his story.

I think the Imp ALREADY is the mascot. It's the default image if you don't choose one for your profile.
The mascot should definitely be a Grammar Nazi holding a bloody dictionary. Under his heel he crushes the letters "L," "O," and "L." Maybe he could be sipping tea too, I don't know.
And no, for the love of God, not the imp. That's already the mascot for Zero Punctuation, and it's really not that big of a part of this site. If we were going to steal something from one of the shows, I would rather have Jacque (I honestly don't know how to spell this and I just gave up) the magical axe.
