I'm still not quite sure why I've come here of all places to ask this (no offence)

I've managed to gain about 2 stone since last September because of my stupid ex force feeding me Dominos every other night for 3 months instead of me cooking for him, stupid man.

Anyways have any of you got any ideas on how to lose about 2 stone to get down to my 9 stone frame again before university? :) I'm open to anything at the moment apart from the gym cos I'm skint.

I might ask my mum for Wii Fit for my birthday, anyone recommend it?

Find an exercise you enjoy doing, I know thats difficult, but for me it's weightlifting. RAGHRGRH MUSCLE MAN

Don't take any weight loss pill other than Alli. Alli is the only weight loss pill approved by the FDA, ass all others can cause permanent heart damage, not to mention a slew of other horrible side effects.

and if you do take Alli, don't eat a whole lot of fatty foods, you could get anal leakage.

Eat less or exercise more, combine for best results. Weight loss is quite simply the balancing of making your calorie use to be greater then your calorie intake, which in turn causes your body to use up its fat stores.

But seriously, lay off fast food and pizza and just watch what you eat. All there really is to it as long as you're not a couch potato. If you are a couch potato, then I'd also recommend a couple hours exercise (your choice but more variety equals more body worked) each day.
