I'm still not quite sure why I've come here of all places to ask this (no offence)
I've managed to gain about 2 stone since last September because of my stupid ex force feeding me Dominos every other night for 3 months instead of me cooking for him, stupid man.
Anyways have any of you got any ideas on how to lose about 2 stone to get down to my 9 stone frame again before university?
I'm open to anything at the moment apart from the gym cos I'm skint.
I might ask my mum for Wii Fit for my birthday, anyone recommend it?
