Naive and ignorant people thinking weightloss is always so simple. In theory, yes, but there is this thing, called being human that makes it so much more difficult.

Read the bible and follow the Jesus diet.

It worked for him.
and then you could walk around Israel for a while like Jesus. I'm sure that would lose you some weight, and maybe an appendage of some kind.

Walk around a lot. I started walking to and from school a lot and, although it didn't make me lose that much weight, it made it easier to do more physical stuff.
Try this as a sort of stepping stone, maybe.

Just go for a jog with your iPod/MP3 player. Or a bike ride. Keep doing this and you'll be fine.

get some exercise, go for a walk for 20+ minutes a day

if you want to lose more, do more active things and watch what you eat, ie lay off stuff like rice and carbs and such and eat more fruit and don't drink sugary stuff, fruit juice is fine but not pop

For starters? Fix up your diet. No more dominoes. Go for they typical stuff: Fruits, vegetables, white meat. Secondly, don't sleep right after a meal, go for a short walks daily or something if you've got a place available for it. Really it's all the same stuff you heard in health class. <_< Wait, do they have health class in the UK? Oh, and avoid sodas. Those REALLY ARE bad for you. I mean... seriously.

Damn thats a lot of weight
Yeah I know :/ I'm not even fat but my Family planning nurse kindly pointed out that I'm overweight but still healthy. That confused me.

I should ask for a dog as well so I can take it on walks twice a day :)

Losing weight is so much easier than building muscle.

just go to the gym every day and only leave when you think you can just about walk home.

Replace everything you eat with fruit, vegstables, and soup.

Get Shakes that work as meal replacements.

eat a good breakfast

dont eat after 8 at night.

Be more active. The whole "I'm going to starve myself" option most women do is plain stupid. Anyway, losing weight by toning up actually makes you appear more attractive than starving it off.

Do lots of repetitions of a light exercise, or do something like running, even if it's for fifteen minutes. It'll make a lot of difference if you do it every day, even if it's just light. You'd be surprised.

Also, the Wii Fit is actually a great motivator, more than anything. It only shows you how to do exercises you can normally do, but it's very good at actually monitoring what you're doing, pushing you in the right direction, giving some helpful(ish) tips, and encouraging you to set a goal.
I'd get it, if you think it's more a sake of motivation more than anything, otherwise you can Google all the exercises it gives you.

Also, bear in mind muscle. The Wii Fit displays only BMI and weight, then tells you how close you are to your ideal. It dos not take into account muscle; if you did/do something that involves building muscle (particularly in the legs, such as riding or skating) then you'll have a higher BMI anyway. Best to use it as a rough guide to where you are comfortable.

Oh, and lastly, having three larger meals and not lots of little ones. Lots of women seem inclined to have the same amount of food but in more frequent, smaller, portions. This actually reduces the reduction in fat-tissue, because your body doesn't burn up it's 'reserves' because it believes it is getting a constant supply of meals.

Just, don't go getting all anorexic. Scares me when people do that...

actually being a bit overweight is actually healthy from what most studies say, it's when you become overly fat, ie a large amount body fat. it's actually best to measure the amount of fat on your body, not bmi cause those aren't a really good measure cause a few things could throw it off. i personally won't ever reach my bmi, i'll always be considered "overweight" to "obese" cause of how much muscle and bone structures are

also dogs are a LOT of work, get a border collie they LOVE to walk and need a lot of exercise

Stay awake for ages, apparantly you can loose alot of weight this way... According to those guys on The Deadliest Catch anyway. Also, the further you are from the ground the faster everything in your body works including metabolism... so, stay as far away from the ground as you can. :D

Diet and exercise.

Indeed, loosing weight is easy: burn more calories than you eat. Just eat less, and exercise more. No, that isn't a quick fix, it takes time to loose weight in a healthy way. Wii Fit is a nice supplement by the way, and sure is better than regular 'couch potato' gaming, but it can't replace real exercise. Start with something simple like biking and jogging. Maybe you have access to a rowing machine, those things offer a great all-round workout.

I would recommend three meals throughout the day. I prefer a smaller breakfast, and a larger lunch. Walk about a mile a day if you can. Weightlifting is good as well.

Mainly, I wouldn't recommend eating less, but simply being more physically active.

Just don't eat like shit and try going on a binge of all health foods. That wash out everything from Dominos in your system!

Oh yeah and work out for a while, i guess

When I gained a bunch of weight (after a bout of medicine that screwed me up) I got a job at Wal-mart, which was the worst job I have ever had but, I gained one thing out of it.

I did a lot of walking and I scheduled and better controlled what I ate. After some trepidation and sceptisism, I tried those health shakes. Just the generic ones and, y'know--they actually work. Mostly because with them you can keep track of exactly what you're taking in. And it helps shrink your stomach a little. You can drink them when you like and not feel guilty and--because they're generic, they're cheap.

I lost 30 pounds just from regulating my eating with those and from walking a lot.

Good luck!

It can be hard losing weight depending on your body type, but it sounds like you were good before so heres a few things you need to do. Construct a good eating plan, try to just cut down on junk, drink really cold water, and have smaller portions.

For exercise for losing weight id suggest warming up with a variation of push ups, jumping jacks and crunches, and then some basic stretching followed by maybe a 30 minute jog. You should lose weight pretty quickly if you do all that and not overeat, also make sure you have a strong breakfast but a small dinner. if you cant help but eat alot, then add more excercises to your plan. Someone here recommended a wiifit, and its actually pretty good, I mean if it you use it right, dont cheat, and make sure you "feel the burn" as you do it. Its not the best, but it does work with patience. anyways good luck

First off, get off the site :D

Then do all of the usual; eat right, exercise. I recommend swimming, it's a great all all around fitness activity.
