Get your self a Bicycle OP, go for 30 minute bike rides for two weeks, then an hour for two weeks after that.

Here's what I do: I eat whatever the hell I want, but have one, maybe two meals a day (I suggest lunch and dinner). I stay up 'till 6am, then sleep 'till 3pm. I never exercise, spend most my time on the computer and drink only Mountain Dew. Don't smoke or drink alcohol. And that's pretty much it. And I weigh 105lb.

Can anyone beat that routine with a more enjoyable plan?

Not saying this is the most healthy or conventional way to do it (though it's how i do it). If you only eat when hungry rather than by schedule it should speed up your metabolism after a while, plus it would probably result in less calorie intake. I barely exercised within the last few months and i still have a 6-pack.

and then you could walk around Israel for a while like Jesus. I'm sure that would lose you some weight, and maybe an appendage of some kind.

Do some research and find out how you can raise your metabolism? That thing can do wonders in keeping the weight off.

Yeah, Hanging on the cross and having your flesh eaten by crows for three days sure sounds like a great way to loose weight.

There are several good ideas on here, but I'd like to throw some stuff out there. Firstly, eat 6 small meals a day if you can. This will help your metabolism stay up. Also, if all you want is to lose weight, walk or run at least 40 min./day. That's about it for weight loss, beyond the obvious (eat healthily, but that's been said).

Running is your best bet to be honest so invest in some decent road shoes if you dont have any already. Weight loss comes from calorie burning exercise; doing sit ups will help tone you stomach muscles but it won't shift any fat stored above, etc! Good luck x
