I have been called gay twice, by complete strangers while taking a walk.

That I am good looking. Seriously, when I have long hair I look like the Dude. When short, I look like that douche from Prisonbreak.

Lets see... most people I know think I have no emotions and that I hate everyone.

That's completely untrue. I just keep a stone face most of the time unless I have a extremely strong emotion, then I go overboard. Again, the stone face gives people the impression that I'm bored and don't like them.

I've been asked if I am a butch lesbian before, in front of friends.
That surprised me, because I didn't know this person... But now most of my best friends call me butch XD

One time, my leash from my body board wasn't secured so I fell off completely into the ice cold water. A diver however, was unfortunately nearby and called to his friend that an "otter" was nearby and to get the camera. The guy took the picture of me.
That made me lol SO hard. That is seriously weird.

It was weird that a DJ once assumed I was gay because of my shirt choice. It was even weirder that he then made the assumption that I must not be gay because I then requested the Prodigy and Chemical Brothers.

Therefore gay people must wear particular styles of shirts and have a hatred towards cult dance groups.

I get a lot people who think I look about 12, those people tend to end up with a black eye.

Also it was once assumed that I was in the mafia, I have no idea where that sprouted up from, but people still thought I was, I tell you some people have wild and slightly dumb imaginations.

When I traveled from Cairns to the Gold Coast to live, I was put into my new school in grade 5 during Easter and the first kid that talked to me when I was in the classrom asked: "What did I do to get expelled". Later on people then made the assumption that I was gay and would avoid me like the plague and the fact that I misunderstood them running away from me as playing a game of tag, probably made it worse.

P.S. I was also assumed to be a drug dealer along with my brother when I went into a night club.

That I'm gay. Whats more dissapointing about that, was that the first time someone said this, I was 11. And it was my gran.
Yes, apparently, because I've yet to have a girlfriend, that I rarely talk about my taste in women to my friends, it means I'm gay. Also, the fact that I find it difficult to talk to girls, since I'm pretty nervous around them.
And apparently liking redheads makes me gay too. I can't win, can I?
(although I haven't heard any of the above for a while now, so I think its passed.)

Edit -I just remembered, going through some old texts, that someone thought I was gay, and started hitting on me. He was dissapointed when I told him I'm not gay, and then said he was going to have words with the people who'd informed him that I was...

That I'm insanley strong and good at weight lifting, because of my size. Sadly, not. I wish it was muscle, but no, its not. Good leg strenth. (Well, thats changed a bit, my arm strenght has improved drastically since I started airsofting with a 7lb rifle)

That I am some sort of technical genius. I use big words in conversation, and know a fair bit about various machines - but that doesn't mean I know how to work/fix them.

People assume im a player and have lots of one night stands. I always thought that was neat, if not weird.

I'm not trusted with knifes anymore, but that's probably for the best.

It's also assumed I like math, just because I'm in advanced. I only agreed to take it because since I'm taking a high school class now, when I get to high school I'll only have to take a few more years of it, leaving me with a math free year.

Oddly on these forum I'm trolling or insulting, when I'm being joking and sarcastic.

For a "humor" site, lot of tight ass elitist who freak the hell out if someone tells a little joke...

Amazed Zero Punc is even on here at times...think it would give some of these people heart attacks.

I'm often assumed to be high. At all times. Literally at all times by people that don't actually know me.

For example, I had a substitute in, religion(?) class, and as soon as I walk in, she says,"wow your really high" and i say, " no i'm not" and then she says something along the lines of,"If you tell me how much you smoked, I wont send you to the office."

Obviously, I told her to send me to the damn office because I wanted to report her bullshit.

There's a suprising amount of people saying they've been assumed to be gay in this thread.

I've got two weird and both annoying assumptions:
- Everyone (except my friends) who I meet thinks I straighten my hair. I really don't understand why someone having naturally straight hair is a hard thing to believe.
- On quite a few occasions when I've been with a friend of mine, people have come up to us and asked us if we're brothers. Not only do we look absolutley nothing alike, he actually has a twin brother.

EDIT: I have also been called emo before because I have long hair. Nevermind the fact my hair is Ginger/strawberry blond and I don't have any black clothing, or the fact that I don't like bands of the emo genre. Though to be fair I haven't been called emo in a year or so.
