Weirdest Half-Asleep Moment?

I once dreamt by girlfriend trod on my virtual boy. According to her I growled like a dog in my sleep, woke up, glared at her, called her a "fucking stupid *****" and went back to sleep :S heh.

i had a dream that i had to use the bathroom. next thing i know its cold and i have to change bedsheets.

Also, i had a dream one time that i was late for school. So i wake up, jump outta bed, put on my clothes, grabbed my book bag and run out my room. in the living room i see my mother and stepfather watching t.v. so im all like "how come no one woke me up?!" and they're looking at me like im stupid. then i check my watch and noticed my mistake. it wasn't 7 a.m...it was 7 p.m.! i was facepalming myself for the rest of the night.

I came back from a school trip to Spain in 2001 and had been on a coach for 30+ hours with no sleep. I had to go to my friends house because my parents weren't home and they'd brough a quilt and pillow downstairs for me to sleep.

My friends mum was watching a chat show and the audience starting clapping and I was half asleep clapping along with them.

I've also picked up my phone and answered it before when it's my alarm clock going off. I sit there for a bit going "hello?" while my alarm clocks still buzzing. I've also tried turning my alarm clock off sometimes when it's my phone thats going off.

I half-woke up and thought I was watching YGO:TAS and it turned out that the TV had been left on and Yu-Gi-Oh was on. I dunno, it wasn't weird so much as amusing.

Well there was one time when I thought there was a fire alarm going off(this part was in my dream) after awhile I woke up and realized it was my alarm clock. The weird part is my alarm doesn't sound like a fire alarm.

Worst half asleep, one morning I got up, opened the cupboard, took out a bowl, filled it with orange juice, and put the milk and shreddies in a glass.

My mom thought it was the funniest thing she'd ever seen. I felt so retarded.

Okay, this is quite random. A few years ago I was working 2 jobs and doing a full time college course (ouch). This usually culminated in me crashing out on a saturday afternoon, before heading out for the evening. According to my ex, during one of these times, I sat up, grabbed one sock, yanked it off, threw it against the wall and carried on sleeping. When he asked me if I was okay, I apparently mumbled, "Oh, my foot was on fire, but it's okay now."

Anyway, just random lol.

One thing I hate are those dreams where you get something you really want, then wake up and find out it really was a dream.

Case in point, the time I thought I had just gotten a PS3 (and inFamous to boot!). Then I woke up, restless yet PS3-less. However, one dream came true, where I dreamt that I got a copy of Prototype, and when I woke up, a copy of Prototype lay right on top of my 360, a gift from one of my roomates.

I've tried half waking up from a dream that I was possessed by the spirits of Sith Lords. Turned out I just had some problems with my stomach, but I was still half asleep while I was in the bathroom, so I dreamt that I was shitting Sith Lord spirits.

My friend said that i was asleep, but when he asked me for a couple pillows i sat straight up and handed them to him. He said thanks i said no problem. Then I asked if he wanted anything else; he kinda hesitated then said no. So i said alright, and went back to sleep. I dont remember ANY of it.

Mmm. More on the topic of toilet related things, but still. I bet I'm not the only one who dreams about taking a multicolored/different bursts piss, and when you wake up you want to take one. Not exactly what this topic is about, just felt like I had to share it.

I always have this insane fear of falling and about five times I've woken myself up by dream falling down stairs. I literally jolt myself awake as my foot rockets off the bed: 'slipping' down the stairs.
