Waking up thinking it was time to get ready for school and that I was late at 3AM. started putting on my pants and everything. I once had a dream where I was paralyzed in the middle of a road and there was a rather large black semi-truck(I had been playing Twisted Metal a lot) about to hit me, woke up to find that I had slept on my arm, that was quite possibly my most memorable and vivid dream ever.

In a hotel on a school trip in high school, a few of my friends squirted spray cheese in my mouth and on both of my arms.

I woke up to a weird taste that gradually got more disgusting. Then I tried to wipe it away with my arm and smeared even more of it on my face.

I threw up. So yeah, that was the weirdest and the worst. EZ Cheese is disgusting.

Had to be during environmental camp i had to go to back in the 6th grade. One of my cabin-mates fell of his bunk onto the hardwood floor with a loud THUNK. woke up all 8 other guys in the cabin, he on the other hand stared up sleepily from the floor and asked what happened.

having a nightmare then waking up but you realize that it's still the nightmare and then wake up in real-life very sweaty and barely breathing/high heart-beat. that's the worst i had
This reminded me of something -

One time when I was in college I had a very vivid dream that I had robbed a bank and ran away and was hiding in my dorm room. I was panicking because even though I had evidently succesfully robbed the bank, I had forgotten to disguise myself in any way. I was entirely certain that the cops were coming to get me.

I remember distinctly when I woke up I was in a panic for a good 5 minutes until I realized it was a dream and hadn't actually happened. That was freaky - the dream was so real I thought I actually had robbed the bank.

(The lack of any bags full of money laying around my room sorta tipped me off)

Being awoken by any alarm that isn't mine really sucks. That includes alarms in the house and car alarms from outside.

Off Topic: This was my captcha, am I supposed to solve the math problem or just type it?

I was once woken up to a phone call by my bank telling me someone had stolen near enough £200 from my account.

I'm a student! I need that money to live!

I was at camp with the rest of my diving club. It was in the middle of the night. Then 5 guys from another room ran in with a chainsaw wich splooched water over everyone for some reason.

Luckily I didn't get that wet.

Banging my head on the bunk bed ladder, and waking up from a nightmare in which a sac-spider[footnote]Highly Aggressive spider that can jump across a room and has powerful cytotoxic venom that rots and kills flesh, as well as leaving you sick for a while. They are common here in SA.[/footnote]
was crawling in my clothes. I did not know that I had woken up, and was in a cold sweat for a while before I realised that it was just a dream.

I had been sleeping on my arm once and it was completely numb, I mean COMPLETELY numb, no feeling at all. I was laying on my back with my arm somehow underneath my back. I was slowly waking up when it spasm-ed or something, and flew out from under me and landed on top of my chest. I was instantly woken up with this heavy arm just draping itself over me, and I'm thinking to myself, "What? How did that get there?" So I tried to move it, but couldn't, it felt like my arm was still down by my side... I'm like, "Who's arm is that?!?" and I let out a very "WHAT THE FUCK?!"
something simalar happend to my foot
i aplenty fell asleep with it between my outer knee and the outer leg bent around it. still was able to move my ankle for the most part so dint think it would be a problem(turns out i was only had control of moving it up or down twisting it completely num). so when i hoped out of bed i fell over
It dint wake me up so it dose not count

Oddest time waking up was having 4 people grab my sleeping bag and hall me out to the lake unzip the side and toss me off the dock

Mine is a combo between reality and nightmare.

I was dreaming that I was chased by a man with a knife through a hallway. I kept running and trying to get away until I walked through a door which for some reason lead to my room. Then I hid under the blankets feeling the man walking towards me and knowing he was leaning over me my mom poked me in the back to wake me up. I have had worse dreams, but none have been combined with the actual sensation of what happened following me into the real world.

I got woken up to be told that the house nextdoor was on fire. I didn't believe it until I staggered over to the window and saw a fire engine set up on the field and water spraying off the roof onto the balcony.

I can't really say that I've ever had something weird wake me up from something around me,it's usually my dreams that fuck with me.
So yeah,I'm either strange,or normal...

It sucked having an ex-girlfriend that used to horse kick in her sleep. I swear her legs had a mind of their own, she kicked me so hard in the back that I woke up thinking I was being attacked.

I remember being woken up by my brothers basically screaming in my ear... that was unpleasant.

Oh and then there was the time when I was little and wearing a nightgown. I don't sleep in my underwear and that time I was wildly sleeping without blankets which meant my bare ass was exposed. My mother coming to wake me up for the day, walked in, smacked me on my ass and basically snapped at me for it.
