Waking up from a dream, just when I was about to punch someone in the face in it.

A friend of mine had a dummy grenade. At this point in the story, I didn't know that.
So I woke up to him throwing the grenade in the room and screaming "Oh shit, run!". I grabbed the grenade and tried to throw it out the window, which was closed. It hit it and cracked the glass, hitting the ground and rolling towards me. I panicked and tried to run away, stumbling and running into the door. I then rolled on top of the grenade, even though no one was in the room. After a good ten seconds I decided it was a slow burner and threw it down the stairs.
Scary as fuck.

Well, I was having this dream about using my tongue in various ways only to wake up and find myself licking the dog's mouth as she was trying to lick me awake :/ Two words, Boner Killer.
EDIT: Ohhhhh yeah, there was that one time where I fainted on the toilet and woke up on the floor with my bollocks hanging out in a puddle of my own urine.

The absolute worst was in high-school and we were at an arts camp, so I sneaked the night to sleep in the lodge of two of the girls (we didn?t do anything, at the time I was trying to make one of the girls my girlfriend) when early in the morning before I even thought of sneaking out, one of the teachers barged in to wake the girls early!Dango said:

Living near some.. interesting.. people, I've been woken up a few times by them running accross my front yard, having fights in the street and screaming like they are being murdered.
The most scary occasion was probably when there was just a guy wandering up and down the pavement out the front of my house.. near my bedroom... mumbling to himself and crying for three hours.
My wife fell asleep with her back door open at a previous address... her cat was outside.. middle of the night, the police are shining torches in her face asking for ID.

The most horrible way i've woken up was after a particularly odd dream. I wont bore with the whole dream, but at the end i got struck by lightning, and it actually felt like i was slipping away into death.
Had to intentionally force myself to take a breath, and it woke me up as i did. very freaky....

Well yesterday my sister woke me up to tell me the police were downstairs looking for me, needless to say it was a pretty horrible way to wake up.
I was dead tired from pulling an all nighter, so I go to crash for a few hours. About a half and hour later I wake up to the blood curdling scream of a cat being ripped apart . . . or at least that's what it sounded like. I jump up, thinking my gf and her cat were under attack.
Our cat had yelled like that because it saw another cat outside.
Damn you cat. You're lucky your so damn cute most of the time.
Oh, there was also the wake-up I got on 9\11. That sucked too. My roommate stood in front of the TV, looked up at me in my bunk bed, and said "We're under attack". I thought we had actually been invaded.

We were playing a wierd game at a summer camp once, it was kind of like an RPG, but in real life. Some kid thought it up, and we really had nothing better to do, since the camp had it's budget severly cut, so we tried it. Got a foam sword, forgot about the game during the first night, and woke up trying not to get stabbed by the crazy 8-year olds with foam swords. All while trying to get dressed.

Rolled out of bed once and work up face down, In an odd state of sleep paralysis I could open my eyes and talk but nothing else so lay there for about 1 min with my other half telling me to get back into bed and me trying to explain I can't move without freaking out because I CANT MOVE AT ALL.

Second being me waking to my Ex holding me tight looking at the end of the bed like something is eating her feet, screaming at the top of her lungs, I obviously look to find and tight off whatever is in the house...nothing there at all.
Then as abruptly as it begins she stops, lays down and goes back to sleep.
I think I was up for about an hour after that unable to sleep.
