I liked Modern Warfare 2 more than the first one for exactly this reason, it had more customization. Whereas in MW2 you could fine-tune your classes to perfection, with tons of options and combinations, in Modern Warfare 1 it was all just the same, you could not make your own PERSONAL class.Headsprouter said:I have no wierd reasons inparticular, but havign seen your reason for being unable to play games like fallout, i beleive you to be very linear. I don't like games where there is too little possibilities. Like COD. Shoot those people. That's it. Boring. In a statement involving COD, this is an odd thing to bring up, but i enjoy pokemon because i don't have to train any of them if i don't wish to. My team could consist of any combination. Not strictly strong ones. Just ones i like personally. i quite like access to some form of customisation, you see.
I see. But compared to some other games that still is quite small. I don't see what was stopping them in MW1, though. Sorry if it seems i have a deep hatred for COD, i can accept it's a good game, just not to my taste particularly.Hyper-space said:I liked Modern Warfare 2 more than the first one for exactly this reason, it had more customization. What do you mean its TOO popular for you to play it? I smell an hipsterAvaholic03 said:The reason I haven't tried WoW is because it's too popular. Although I think that's a valid reason, it probably sounds like a weird reason to not even give it a try.
True, compared to like pokemon or soul calibur the customization is quite miniscule, but relatively much more compared to its predecessor. I myself am playing Soul Silver at the moment, putting together the perfect team with the best stats and moves is nonetheless a different kind of customization than that of FPS's such as COD.Headsprouter said:I see. edit: A wierd reason (depending on your opinion) for me not wanting to play some fighting games is because....well. They all seem the same. You only really need one fighting game franchise to follow, to my mind. And for me, that's Soul Calibur. Given that i like customisation, i enjoy the character customisation, and would rather use my custom characters over pre-made ones. It just feels alot more personal.
Oh god, you have my sympathies.ThatLankyBastard said:"That's just plain retarded. It doesn't even have guns!"
