I think my first real gig was The Police in the Amsterdam Arena, around 2007ish. Only knew about two songs from them back then (my brother asked if I wanted to come, too), but they put up a great show.

My first concert was actually 2 weeks ago when Disturbed was playing at the Agora Theatre in Cleveland. It kicked some major fucking ass!

Relient K and MXPX at the Filmore in Detroit.

Awesome show but best by far is the 3 times I've seen Brand New.

Got me into concerts I suppose. Been to see dozens of bands since. Best stage i've ever seen though. Wasnt so much a show to be involved in but it was a great show to just stand in awe and watch.... pretty laser lights
Hello there!

Muse, November 2008, on their Resistance Tour, at the Glasgow SECC. Me and my mate were up in the stands, thinking "this is gonna be shit, all the way up here" and a poor support performance from the usually excellent Big Pink didn't help. But Muse came on and filled the place up. As soon as those covers fell to reveal the PILLARS OF LIGHT, it was like "all rise for the national fucking anthem!" There were these middle-aged blokes dancing round in the aisle, this couple in front of us who bought us some booze, a mental mum up behind us with a little kid frantically waving round a United States of Eurasia flag, and when we came out this guy was like "you enjoy that, mum?" to this old lady. At which point this awestruck little old woman, who had to have been at LEAST 70, went "aye, that was brilliant!".

They're actually the only band I've seen live, I went to a second gig by them on the 11th September on their second night of their second two-night residency at Wembley Stadium - thankfully, right up near the front amongst the moshpits. I nearly fucking died down there, but when I wasn't nearly getting destroyed, I got to appreciate the props... The stage was a giant building made of screens and lights and there was a UFO that flew around and gave birth to an acrobat and a silverly light-covered elevating platform that rose up above the crowd and confetti cannons and oh my days.

Haha, I saw that show too. Lancashire Cricket ground in manchester on sept 5th this year :D

Was a much more interactive show. Mosh pit for stockholm syndrome was immense. As well is time is running out.. as well as everything else. The floating platform was epic and the suit he wore with all the bulbs on it?! Wow.

Fucking epic. I maintain that they're the best live band in the multiverse.

I can't say im a huge fan of Maiden but fuck do they know how to put on a good show.

Headbanging to We Are Godzilla You Are Japan is beastly.
You're so damn right. August 25th, Sheperds Bush Empire. Queuing outside, Ian Watkins walks past about five feet away, saying: "sorry lads it's gonna be a shit show tonight, might wanna get your money back now" I lol'd. It was epic, they played Shinobi and FSoP and fuckin' To Hell We Ride.

That's a first gig to remember.
During our's, the drummer missed a beat and Ian just turned and shouted 'FUCKING HELL!' at him. We all laughed, they carried on the song XD

I hadn't actually listened to Shinobi when I went to see them, and that was the only song on the Fake Sound of Progress they played. Was awesome. Didn't listen to any of FSoP before the gig, but the girl I met there bought me it for my birthday. One of my other mates got me The Betrayed. Start Something live IS THE SHIT! Twas epicness ;D

I went to the September 11th gig. Greatest thing I have ever seen. The UFO was unbelievable, and Map of the Problematique is now one of my favourite songs by Muse after seeing them live.

I beat you all because I saw Busted when I was 12.

I have you all beat! It was 1976 and I was 12 years old (back in the days before the government was regulating everything!) I saw "KISS" live on their DESTROYER tour in Birmingham AL. It was amazing! Since then I've seen many, many gigs, but you never forget your first!
