I mean they don't have a bunch of old games like XBL and the Wii VC. You're not going to get Super Mario Bros and Street Fighter 2 on PSN. They just have new games like Echocrome (another free demo you have to check out) and Noby Noby Boy.

In my opinion, PS3 Musthaves are GTA 4, Infamous, Fallout 3, Resident Evil 5, Uncharted 2, and Call of Duty 4. LittleBigPlanet and Metal Gear Solid 4 are excellent games too, but I don't fancy them - which is of course the deciding factor - but if you fancy one or more of their genres, any of these are sure hits.

I've owned an XBOX 360 for a couple of years now and I am about to inherit a PS3 from my parents. What are some PS3 only games that are a must have? I admit, I don't know anything about the PS3 releases.

note: DO NOT get Orange Box for PS3, it's a horrible port w/ a terrible fps & textures. Get it for PC, even if you have an old PC it will be better.

Some of the "Grandpas Games" on XBL get a modern update, like Super Street Fighter II in HD, or Bionic Commando with modern graphics. Retro doesn't always = bad. There's usually a reason why they stand the test of time, when so many other games fade into obscurity.

Yea. That Bionic Commando game was cool but it was a lot different from the original and thankfully not as bad as the very new one.
The problem is that I played most of those grandpas gameses (like the original original Bionic Commando) when I was a kid and they just came out.
Sometimes the remakes are cool. Like the new 2d BC and I loved Rez in HD.
