What are the most annoying fans in your opinion

Also, Twilight, PC faboys, CoD haters, Final Fantasy, and Mass Effect (Okay, maybe not that much, but they really do give the game too much credit, it was great but not sliced bread.)
Because they are just TOO vocal.

Kingdom Hearts fans: No I do not think Roxas is awesome. In fact I think he is one of the most unlikable characters in the series, please stop telling me about him.

Sonic fans: I don't care if you think his quills or whatever are too long!

These are a few of the fanbases that have tried to annoy me to death in the past. It's funny because I like Portal and Sonic and I love Kingdom Hearts, but the hardcore fanboys keep talking to me about things I don't care about.

"Talimancers" are the worst. DO NOT visit any of the Tali appreciation threads on BSN if you like being able to sleep.

Truth. I really like lots of bioware games (despite the flaws) but the forums scare me. There's a vocal segment of the fanbase that basically wants bio games to be Twilight for neckbeards.

I'm surprised no one has said SONIC THE HEDGEHOG fans. Alright, I'm an admitted fanboy, but I don't cry whenever the get color of his eyes wrong. Maybe if you stopped crying about what a trainwreck Sonic '06, or squeeing everytime that Shadow appears, and moved forward along with the quality of the games, maybe people wouldn't hate you so bad.

I swear, there is only 4% of the fanbase that isn't total idiots.

This. Oh dear god this! The very bottom of the barrel, the psychotic fanbase to end all psychotic fanbases. They make Naruto and twilight Fans blanch at the mere mention of their name, and mention so much as one good thing about ANY part of the series and the fans will rush in to tear you apart within seconds. As the person above me said, only about 4% of the whole fanbase is actually capable of intelligence and sanity.

As far as I'm concerned, the fans are one of the things that absolutely ruined sonic completely for me outside of the idiots at Sonic Team themselves, who don't so much as make games as they do bang their heads against a keyboard until something resembling a game is produced.

Also, the Twilight and Naruto fanbases, but they got NOTHING on the Sonic fans

Call of duty fans, it's a good game but there's absolutly no reason you have to bring it up when people are talking about other games or realate it to everyday situations. Also I know a fair number of girls who "like" cod, which basically means they've never played but mention it ironically cause all the guys talk about it..which is still annoying as hell. So i'm gonna put those two in the same call of duty catagory.

Because the show is apparently an all-consuming ball of annoying that makes people inject it into everything. The show is now held officially in contempt, because it turns normal, adult viewers into feral beasts.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I'm annoyed with people who genuinely enjoy playing on either (or indeed both) consoles and respect them for what they are; gaming platforms. I'm just annoyed with the mindless proportion of society who get their collective knickers in a twist when someone points out a flaw/issue/slightly-negative-point about their computer-based love-interest and retaliate with a surge of abusive comments and illogical facts.

The classic being "Which is better, Xbox 360 or PS3?"; which I can guarantee if such a thread were to be posted here, one would expect to get thousands of comments containing the constant trading of abuse between the Xbox and Sony fanboys/girls, with the odd drowned-out squeak from the Nintendo fanboys/girls.

Any fan group who simply claim what they support is the best and refuse to admit that something else has good points that could make it better from a different perspective.

Any single group though, I'd have to say "Call Of Duty" fan boys. I don't care about your K/D ratio. I also don't care that you have a certain kind of gun or perk. One of my friends commonly posts his COD stuff on Facebook an it gets annoying.
