I'm going to be an Aussie and not celebrate another country's holiday.

Literally all of my Australian friends celebrate halloween.

Also, it is originally not an American holiday, but the observation of it has spread from the American traditions to around the world.

The only holidays I do celebrate are Australia Day, ANZAC Day, NYE and my birthday. Xmas and easter are celebrated under protest, and only because its a family thing.

Im going as that guy who didn't dress up on halloween, as much as im sure i'd enjoy it I just don't have the money to spend creating a costume, even a simple one.

Given that it's my birthday tomorrow i'll still be going out though, it's kinda like everyone is celebrating with me except instead of giving me stuff they ask me for sweets.

Already done the dressing up thing when I went out last night.. not gonna do it again despite the fact I'm going to a Halloween party tomorrow. I'll just stick some wings on and say I'm a fairy or something..

i'm just going to draw a butterfly on my cheek or something-i work, so i can't get too creative with halloween. though just in case i wind up going over to my boyfriend's place to hand out candy with him, i'll have my usual halloween wear in the back of my car: long black dress, black boots, white face paint, and fake blood to pour over any exposed skin. it makes for a decent improvised vampire costume.

I'm pretty much dressing up as a dude on a trip on Hawaii. I'm wearing flip flops, cargo shorts, hawaiian shirt, hat and a lay of bright flowers. Yeah it's a cliche but I like the idea and haven't dressed up in years so it should be fun.

Thankfully it'll be warm enough when I wear this get up so I won't freeze at the hospital I volunteer at.

Ah, Halloween. I just went to a Halloween party last night, it was awesome. I was going to dress up as a man but at last minute I dressed up as a hooker. Boots told all. I love Halloween but the winner is Christmas, love the movies and songs.
