Pick up guitar, learn to play, learn to sing, write my own songs, not getting fired at my job and praying to somehow get something out of music

Well I aspire to be an exotics and zoo animal vet... and it's happening. I qualify in a year then I'll need to do an internship to specialise in exotic medicine.

Other than that I intend to start a family at some point and own lots of animals.

If you look outside of a window now and see a masked man with a chainsaw, you and anyone close to you will be dead by sunrise.

You might be able to guess this from my avatar but there is one thing I aspire to have above all others...

DAUGHTER!!!

...and she'll be hardest to get too, as I easily have the grades to get my dream job (biologist), and to get a daughter I'd naturally need a long-term partner first to even have to that 50% chance...
Kudos for the cuteness of the picture. I owuld love to have a daughter too. A family, and I am 29 already and don't have a family so I guess you are right. Its the hardest part.

My aspiration now is settle down and start to enjoy what I already got, I wont be living forever.

Realistically, I want to become a police officer (state trooper at the highest), get married, have at least a son and daughter, and enjoy my life with my wife.

Preferably, I'd like to become the Punisher.

I wish to become either a Politician (USA!) or a Famous Cartoon Creator (A La Disney, but I'd animate too). Those are my aspirations in life.

I would love to live to see interstellar become commonplace. Too bad it'll never happen. Sigh.

I'd like a decent life in which I exert minimum effort. Realistically, I'd be a psychologist in a nice office with a sandpit. I'd really like a sandpit. My shrink has a sandpit, and that's why I like her so much.

I don't want to leave any legacy behind, in the form of children or otherwise. By the time I die, I want to have felt as if I didn't miss out on too much. I want to have inspired someone, and to have saved someone. I guess I don't have to be a psychologist to achieve this. It'd be nice to continue broadcasting on radio, or to someday work for Top Gear as a cameraman...person.

Don't know about family plans, but I'm currently studying to become a teacher of English and geography, and I'm looking forward to this job a lot. :)

i'm seeing where it all takes me and trying to enjoy it...hoping for the best.

for example, I'm off to university in a few months (hopefully) and i chose my course by clicking 'A' on the list and finding archaeology. i'm goin to Bradford (again...hopefully) cos i clicked on Birmingham (where i am from) and saw that Bradford also did archaeology, notice that they are both under 'B'. i just follow my nose and hope it takes me somewhere good...you can't plan life

I want to play a five minute piano solo...THEN....

Honestly I don't really like to look too far ahead when It comes to aspirations, small steady steps towards trivial goal after trivial goal is a better approach in my opinion.

We all have something in mind for what we want to do for a future career or we set certain goals for ourselves to accomplish, so I ask simply, what do you aspire to do in this life? Be it career wise or other.

Personally, for a career, I really wanted to be some sort of writer or journalist in the videogame industry, but after learning that they make shit for money, I honestly have no idea what I want to do. I'd like something in the entertainment field, but I just don't know what exactly yet. I really need to get to work on that.

So, what about you Escapist?
Get my business off the ground and stable, marry my girl and have a family :D. Anything else is icing on the cake.
