I am a Buddhist so everyone keeps coming back to this world until they finally get it right and are able to join everyone else that has done so. Thinking like this really doesn't get me afraid of death, but rather embrace it once again knowing ill have another shot.

My view on death?

Well, as long as he TALKS LIKE THIS, he's a pretty cool guy.
Oh, wait, we're not talking anthropomorphic personifications here are we?

Once you die, you are cut off from the world. You will never love, think, smell or taste. You will be gone, and you will never come back. EVER. No offense to the Buddhists, though. You also will not realize time or space. Every thing that you are looking at right now will not matter. So live your life. Finally, I hope that in heaven, you can't think. That would be awful.

I believe that the concept of living for eternity is an attractive one, but i do not believe it is something i would want to do alone.
I used to beleive that; but then look at how cruel the world is.

Are you MAD!? The world is not cruel! I don't know where you get your information from but your source is seriously misguided. The world is great! Anyway, on topic death is a disturbingly beautiful thing. Most people i know fear death for some odd reason, but if you come to accept that life only exists to end then ond of two things will happen.
1: You will become very depressed.
2: You will come to accept and even embrace death.
I personally can't wait to die just so i can see what happens afterward.
No im not depressed nor do i hate my life.

I've been having dreams.
Watching others die,
Killing, in self defense,
facing imminent death,
and even dying myself.
The only thing I fear is the pain.
The pain that typically accompanies death, and the pain that my loved ones would experience.

I don't belivie it's an end. Just a a new faze. I belivie in the soul and find the though of the end of all non-logical. Ever time someone tries to tell me other wise it seems to fall apart to me. I belivie the evidance is out there to prove there is life after death. I also kinda look forward to mine to see whats next.

actually, unless you on the cellular level, the body only actually starts to decay around 20 years of age.

I don't think that much about death, it's just a natural process, I will try to enjoy the time I have and make the most of it :)

EDIT: bad sentence, I getting tired -_-

I have had this believe for a while, but i am finally deciding to share it. You see, all human beings begin to die, from the very moment we are born, life is just part of the process. Death does is not something somone avoids because it is always with us, it is the debt that all men pay. Everything that lives must die, thats the natural cycle of life.
similar to this but I also believe the universe wastes nothing and a cycle of reincarnation follows until we are entitled to finally leave the cycle

I figure death is kind of like a reminder from nature saying "You've only got 100 years to make your mark on the world, so get out there and do something."

As long as you don't think you're the first person to describe it that way, fair enough.
o/`There's a time to live, but isn't it strange? That as soon as you're born - you're dying!o/`
(Not saying they were the first either.)

If to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, then every entropy would have it's opposite flourishes.

I have a friend with cancer at the moment and very slim chances. It's strange for me, she's strong about it though. :)

Death is to be at peace.
We live so we can work.
We work so that we can relax, so we can be at peace.
We live our entire lives to die.

My view of death is my worst fear possible. The complete anialation of my mind. If death has an afterlife involved, or even if it means being a mind trapped in the blackness of itself, I wouldbe content. But unfortunatly, science has told us that this shouldn't happen or it can't disprove it. So I have very little to live for ever since this dawned upon me knowing that I most likely I will be obliterated.
