Well, I'd have to say that girls that are a bit different than others. Let me explain. I mean like a unique physical feature like a cute nose or anything that makes a girl a bit but not much different than others. You know what I mean?
And of course, personality goes above anything else.

Friendliness, personality, maybe hair but probably not, although I've never been attracted to short haired people.
....I'll get back to you once I figure out what sex to be attracted to. I think I'm bi, but...well, I'm not promiscuous enough to be sure. I don't really care so........I know I'm a lolicon though, so I like shorter women with small breasts. Hell, even flat chests will do. The thing that really matters to me though(seriously, it's on par with good genetics) is a good personality. I hate annoying, bitchy assholes who just can't get it through their head that I'm after a serious relationship, not a game of "who loves more than who?"
Curves in general make me like girls, including butts, hips, boobs, anything. All together makes for a certain posture and stride I find very attractive.
Also delicacy, whilst that might sound pretty odd. What I mean is that usually, girls look a lot more delicate and soft than my fellow men.
But of course, that's just physical attractiveness, one half of a successful relationship. The other half, personality, is more important to me.

Hair. I absolutely love long, flowing hair. Eyes are important too, beautiful and deep. Also smooth skin, and a decent body, doesn't have to be perfect, but preferably neither extreme.

It sounds creepy at first, but really an attraction to a girl's neck makes about as much sense, if not more, as a foot fetish, given that the neck can have a sort of elegance about it, and the foot is a foot... It can't really be shapely... It's just what we walk around on.
