Well, a world war 2 style Battleship killed Godzilla and Godzilla is hell of a lot thicker and larger than a dragon so the 14 inch guns could probably do it. Also, any war capable aircraft since their invention could do it I'd say.

Get some mates to help you out, use the toughest as the meat shield standing close enough to keep it's attention but just out of reach while the others keep shooting til it's dead.

Works like a charm in Dragon Age: Origins.

Dragons resist water type moves, ice moves are super-effective especially vs flying dragons

Well you either need a hero (super hero optional), The Tarresque, a Giant Lord, or any one of about a forty outer planar creatures including major demons and celestrials.

Lacking any of those things your in trouble though.

- P90 with the special armour piercing bullets
- AA-10 Assault Shotgun with Grenade Rounds.
- Railgun
- Minigun
- Most light machine guns.
- Heavy machine guns.


If you meant "medieval" weapon, then:

- A Zanbato, Odachi or Zweinhänder sword with enough power behind them.
- Spear/Pike through the heart.
- 2 Handed battle axe.
- Catapult or Ballista.

If you meant mystical things including other "pets" of your own, I give you the ultimate monster:
