you need..

-Enough explosives to blow 3 city blocks to smithereens.
-A roast turkey big enough to hold all the explosives.
-a over sized dinner plate
-a large sword

put the rigged turkey on the plate and get the dragon to eat it. Survive until the turkey reaches the dragons stomach and explodes, this will stun it for a little while. Whail on him with a sword until he wakes up.

repeat 2 more times and he should die.


It may be hard to find turkeys that big, but it's the only way.

Playing through Mass Effect as a Paragon then starting over and playing renegade did it for me.

He's clearly already beaten one. See him coming out of the smoke there? That's coming from the fire of the defeated dragon.
