'Under the Dome' Stephen King.

About a town (in new england naturally) that inexplicably is trapped inside an invisible and impenetrable dome thats miles across. Resources and sanity quickly start running out, but not very quickly for the reader. At 1000+ pages it's obvious brevity aint his strong suit..

"After The First Death", by...I forget, I'm too lazy to get up and check. It's not my choice, I have to read it for school. It's insightful and looks at terrorism at three different angles. It's alright.

Ben Counter's Grey Knights, excellent read highly recommended. I just finished Gav Thorpe's Angels of Darkness and wasn't to happy with it, especially when people take Astelan's word as truth

Bram Stoker's "Dracula". Always have been curious about the original and it's not too bad.

BTW i read books the same way i watch animes... start watching 10-20 series then finish them in a month or so in no partcular order. ( No wonder i think Ichigo can go ssj and summon giant frogs because he ate some magical fruit xD)

Skulduggery Pleasant: Dark Days
It's the fourth in the series and the other books are really good.

Thief of Time, by Terry Pratchett.

Yeah, I know it's not very deep, but fuck thee, it's hilarious.

Pretty simple, just give the name of the book you're reading, the author, and whether or not you like it.

Currently, I'm having my mind blown by "Atlas Shrugged", by Ayn Rand. Seriously, that book is deep!
The very same. It's surprisingly easy to read, considering the fact that it's a philosophical book.

I'm currently reading "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. I'm only a quarter of the way through and it is a bit of a tomb but it's been a great read so far, very thought provoking and clever.

Just finished: The Hunger Games; Suzanne Collins. SUCKED. I hate books about teens and dystopian futures. And I REALLY it when books take me to the last page only to hit me in the face with an "upcoming sequel." It's ridiculous that I have to read a whole nother book just to find out what happens in the first one. I mean, come on, how hard is it for- oh wait, no spoilers. Okay.

The Shining; Stephen King. AWESOME. I've only recently gotten into King's work, springboarded off the back of my love for Crichton and Koontz, but I'm glad I waited until I was in college before I attempted to read his stuff. I love every bit of it.

Riptide; Child/Preston. Meh. It was an interesting story, but it was somewhat forgettable. It doesn't strike me as the kind of book that would change the world.

Currently reading: Superstitious; R.L. Stine. Now, for Stine's adult novel debut this is a pretty good book, but it seems like he's trying to overcompensate on the sex and violence in this book as if he doesn't want anyone to mistake this for another Goosebumps or Fear Street story. And I keep on picking up the book and thinking I'm not as far ahead in the story as I actually am. The book is almost over and I feel like the story has only just started.

Salome; Oscar Wilde. WEIRD. O.W. is a total freak. And frankly, I LOVE IT.

One Second After; William Forstchen. I am starting this tonight. According to my Dad it's an interesting look at what life might be like after the apocalypse in a small North Carolina town which happens to be my hometown.

On the shelf: Fern-seed and Elephants; C.S. Lewis.
The Red Tent; Anita Diamant.
The Bird Woman; Kerry Hardie.

Im reading "Rangers apprentice" by John Flanagen.

I read books 1,2,3 and 4, but then i skipped up to book 7 because it takes place before the events of book 5 and 6. I'm loving so much right now.
Is the series rly good? Ive been seeing posters around here so there is alot of hype...but still not convinced :O
