The Bonehunters by Steven Erikson.

I think it's great and so were the rest of the malazan books as well.

I'm currently between 'Gravity' by Tess Gerritsen, and 'My Shit Life So Far' by Frankie Boyle.

I'm rereading both, since my local library closed, and I've pretty much run out of books.

Divine Comedy / Dante's Inferno by Dante Alighieri. Nice story.
first read through or have you read it before?

I recently finished The Divine Comedy again, it had been too long since I'd last picked it up. It's a heavy hitter so I've gone for something lighthearted this time
The Princess Bride by William Goldman- pure classic!

I'm reading Scott Pilgrim, The Walking Dead, and some awful book called Ethan Frome for summer reading. That is, I'm reading Ethan Frome for summer reading. I'm just reading Scott Pilgrim and the Walking Dead for fun. My school isn't that awesome...
You are a better person for reading Scott Pilgrim and Walking Dead. Trying to find issue #74 right now!

I'm currently reading "Easy Riders, Raging Bulls: How the Sex-drugs-and Rock 'n' Roll Generation Changed Hollywood"

I am a massive film nerd and this is on my reading list for Uni, it's fantastic. Essential for any film geek.

Currently reading Orson Scott Card's "Shadow of the Giant", I am re-reading the entire Ender series in chronological order since I didn't get around to reading "Ender in Exile", which chronologically follows the Shadow series, yet.

It's a book about "thinking without thinking", when you just "know something" but you can't explain how or why.

Pretty simple, just give the name of the book you're reading, the author, and whether or not you like it.

Currently, I'm having my mind blown by "Atlas Shrugged", by Ayn Rand. Seriously, that book is deep!
That book has some stuff do to with Bioshock as well.
OT: I finally started reading some Cthulu mythos in H.P. Lovecraft's Call of Cthulu and Other Weird Stories. I so far think that Dagon is the creepiest, I just got the book today.

Small Gods - Terry Pratchett - Very good (but I prefer the Watch books)
Order War - L. E. Modesitt Jr. - Excellent (one of my favourites in the series)
Diplomatic Immunity - Lois McMaster Bujold - Excellent

And yes... I usually read more than one book at a time.

Comedian Dara O'Briens 'Tickling the English' , not too shabby, rather funny and interesting to learn about the life and times of a touring comic :)

Well, I JUST finished Lemmys autobiography, cracking read. I love autobiographies and I'm fully looking forward to Dave Mustaines to come out.

"TITANICUS" (it has to be in capitals) by Dan Abnett. I've been meaning to read it for ages. So far it's quite good, but I'm not that far into it yet. I'm looking for a nice Audiobook to listen to on my trip to London for Escapism UK 2010. I was thinking Star Wars Legacy of the force.

Ben Counter's Grey Knights, excellent read highly recommended.
It is very good; as are his Sould Drinkers novels. I found the 2nd Grey Knights book a little dissapointing compared to the first, but I haven't read the third one yet.

The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. I've been very impressed by Objectivism ever since I first read Anthem, so I'm thoroughly enjoying this.

Im reading "Rangers apprentice" by John Flanagen.

I read books 1,2,3 and 4, but then i skipped up to book 7 because it takes place before the events of book 5 and 6. I'm loving so much right now.
Is the series rly good? Ive been seeing posters around here so there is alot of hype...but still not convinced :O
well, it depends really. I'm not at all good at recommending things, but i would at least say to give it a look.

Uncle Silas by Sheridan Le Fanu. 19th century gothic fiction at it's best. Like Dracula, seems a little too big but that's always my impression with normal-sized books. I love it so far.
