My list:

Smoking (won't even think about it)
Too many piercings
Flat-chestedness(now its not an automatic I-won't-ever-think-about-dating-you, i just wouldn't notice a flat chested girl as opposed to a non flat chested girl :\)
Anorexic D:
Obese
Drugs (thats a big N-O. I won't even think about it, no matter how pretty)

Thats it. Unless explicitly stated, everything else is pretty flexible. It all depends.

-Hair on arms... (Yeah, it's a weird one).
-Over-clingy
-Too much direct. (Says what's on her mind, but don't think it over to not piss me off).
-Lack of motivation in life. (Boring people are boring).
-Smoking cigarettes. (You can smoke anything else, but not that shit).
-Gold-diger
-Possessive

Facial hair. I don't know why but it just bugs me.

I suppose guys that get belligerent or just looks for a chance to fight someone.

Smoking though it's not a deal breaker.

Excessive drinking though my definition might be different since my social group tends to run high on the drunk list.

Thick guys or guys that don't accept my boundaries.

Hipsters.

Overly heavy guys.

Guys who think that they are the shit or awesome and can get me to come home with them with a terrible punch line.

Actually, make that anyone who thinks one night stands are a good idea.

Feet!

Well, usually.

Last night was weird!
*blink* *blink* So you'd rather your date not have feet?! How bizarre...
Well yes, actually.

But no. I just find feet disgusting. I don't mind that they have feet, as long as they're concealed most of the time and rarely get near my boys.

Which is why last night was weird.

Drugs (includes smoking) tend to be a turn off for me. While I don't mind what people do on their own time generally... I'm going to be getting with this chick. Different story.

I know this is going to sound extremely shallow, but ugly faces more than anything else appearance-wise will ruin it for me. I don't care what your body is, if I can't stand your face it's not gonna work.

On the personality side, neediness and stupidity are big ones.

futanari- I will not explain what it is here, you have to look that up. You cant unsee it and everytime you try to conjure up an image of a hot girl it ruins it by flashing back into your memory. Obesity is another turn off for me

Definitely smoking.

Smoking, and, although this may be a given, lying.

Had to deal with both at the end of the last one...
I think the key factor would be 'excessive or addictive'. So smoking, hard drugs, alcoholism (because very few of us would be against a partner getting a little trashed every now and then, but most of us would be against him/her being a chronic drinker).

So yeah, for me the biggest turn offs are addictions and that thig where people go that bit too far (with anything really, whether it be the gym, pets, talking about games, whatever, there is just that point where it goes from 'interest/hobby/whatever to 'obsession/compulsion'). So really, the things that turn me off are things that are 'too far', it's hard to explain, but if you've seen it happen then you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
Nope, that's not it for me at all. Smoking literally disgusts me. I have nothing against the people that do smoke- it's just that if someone does smoke, I can't sit next to them until their smell goes away. It's that bad.
I just assumed that the smell was a given to be honest. I mean, I feel the same way about the smell (sometimes it can be a challenge just to not cringe when I walk past smokers, just from the smell alone), but I figured that if your partner had a medical reason for an occasional cigarette (let's say on average, two a month) and only lied to you for a very good reason, and only a couple times at most, you probably wouldn't be so turned off by it.

I cannot tell you why, for I do not know myself. But for some reason, I cannot stand nail polish. I think it's something to do with the unnatural coloring, like hot pink or banana yellow or dull gray, or something like that. I'm getting used to it with colors like red and black, but everything else, yeeeaaahhh-no.

Also, stupidity. I think that's kind of a given. :p

I guess I'm one of the few who aren't turned off by smoking. Granted, I'm not turned on, but I'm not turned off. :p

Smoking (yeh, it's been said a million times already, but there you have it) - that said, it's not an immediate turn off, but I've seen a few girls who would definitely look a lot better if it wasn't for the effects of smoking. Really not doing your skin any good, by the way.

Fake tan - first, it doesn't look like a natural tan - either go abroad and get a real one or just stay the way you are - it actually looks better. Also, don't use too much of it - you'll look more like you have an unpleasant skin condition than a tan.

Those legging type things girls wear (perhaps a female here would actually be able to tell what they're actually called), the ones that end just around the ankle area. They look terrible.

Also, as someone else said, being overly serious. I've known one like that. Lighten up a little, it won't hurt.

Being a loudmouth. Being obsessed with eating. Being loudmouthed about your obsession with eating.

I could go on, but at risk of sounding like the fussiest man in the galaxy....

Before, definitely, but we're talking "I caught her with a pack and she started smoking regularly and lied to me about it to my face".

Which, by the way, was also a broken promise, as she promised she never smoked and never would. We were planning on moving in together at the time that happened, so that's a rather major thing (though, for the record, it was only one of MANY majorly fucked up things that contributed to our break up).

Also, what sort of medical reason would there be to smoke a cigarette?

Smoking, excessive drinking, piercings (earrings are fine) and tattoos are the worst. Obesity is also a turn off, but I don't want to be able to see her rib cage either.

Pretty much the same things as everyone else, but apart from them I also don't like women whose facial expressions never change regardless of their mood. It is boring to look at those people's faces that always look the same no matter how pretty they might be.

Obese turns me off, but overweight is "iffy." Smoking is a "NO" (even though I'm in high school, but plenty of people do it at this age. Scary) Any use of drugs is a killer for sure.

The ghetto attitude... It's such a terrible front I instantly want to facepalm when i'm around anyone who tries to be ghetto, like "Nuh uh gurl i KNOW she didden! I'ma **** this ***** up for dat shi"

My ear drums shatter like glass when i hear girls talk like that. Your life is not a gangsta movie... Stop trying to act like it!
^This! I want to bang my head against the wall until I'm rushed to the hospital from head trauma, every time I hear this! I don't give a flying [Insert word here] where you live. I see no legitimate excuse for anyone to talk like that. YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID, DAMNIT!

Lastly fake breasts. The only exception to that is if you have one bigger than the other and it's really troubling to you. That I'm fine with, but I hate how girls change their look like that thinking they'll feel better about themselves and that they'll be "prettier." NO! This is where I pull out the "F U!" card.

edit- Personality. They need to have something that defines them as a person. I don't want them having a personality that jumps on every popular bandwagon. This is probably the ultimate reason for anything of wether someone is expectable in my book.

Hmmm... well maintained feet aren't that bad (with the experience I've had at least), though each to his own. Still, from what you've said, I believe there's an anecdote that I don't want to read (that is, of course, if 'my boys' is the euphemism I'm thinking of... =_=).

No idea, I was just positing a theoretical scenario. Like "Asumming cigarettes can be used medicinally for some condition or another, and assuming it was a very rare occurence, and assuming it wasn't an addiction, etc".

That's all I can think of..

All of these, and one more: Excessive use of makeup. I hate seeing beautiful faces ruined by overpriced paint. Same goes for tattoos. I hate seeing beautiful bodies ruined by a tramp stamp.
