What do you say when you rage quit?

Usually it's because of team stacking, so I go with "Wow, nice teams guys." or "Yeah, fuck this".

Or I just leave. Very rarely do I actually rage when I quit. If I am annoyed at my team, I tell them. Works just as well, and I get to keep playing. :p

Not to take the high road, but I never rage quit a multiplayer game, I always wait until the match is over before I leave, win or lose. (Note: The following is NOT directed at OP)
If you're not going to see your matches through, then why bother playing at all? I'll take that one step further actually: if you're not going to see your matches through, then DON'T bother playing at all.
It immensely annoys other players when you rage down a mic, it also annoys other players who are trying to play to win when they see this immature little sod who thinks he's god's gift to gaming quit because he's on the losing team, it hurts the team when they're a man down in games where bots don't replace lost players (I'm looking at you, Halo: Reach), resulting in a pretty sure loss instead of there being a chance to bring it back. Plus, it's just plain stupid and marks you out to be the sad, pathetic little wretch you are.

I was playing the GoW 3 beta from day one, and the number of people quitting ranked matches simply because they were on the losing team was astronomical. I remember one match my team ended up playing against a team made up entirely of bots, simply because the other team all rage quit. At least the bots put up a fight I suppose.
I also remember in particular, one spod who decided to rage quit in a Capture the Leader match. Instead of taking the fact that I had hold of him and that he was going to lose that round on the chin, he decided to wait until the last couple of seconds before rage quitting, probably to protect his precious K/D and/or W/L ratio. Not that it bothers me, I still ended up with the capture, just it was on a bot instead of a player, no biggie.
It does make me laugh though, the extremes these people will go to to protect something that means absolutely nothing. What, do they think they're going to get awarded some accolade, just because they happen to have a ratio that's .1 higher than the next guy? Or because they happen to have won one more match?
Just stay in the game ffs and take the losses with the wins, because at the end of the day, whether or not you have a high or low ratio of some sort doesn't matter and never will. No one's going to go: "Oh look, this guy scored 150,000 kills in 3 months in (insert game here), lets give him a job at (insert dream job here)."

Sorry for slightly off topic rant there. tl;dr: I don't rage quit, rage quitters annoy me, stay ingame kids, ratio's don't matter.

EDIT: Rage quitting in a game is also the domain entirely of immature, hormonal teenagers.young adults who really have sad pathetic little lives. That's my opinion anyway.

I usually only rage-quit when people are being assholes, so it's usually something along the lines of "oh, look, people that aren't assholes, I'm going to go hang out with them instead."

Well last time I played counterstrike with some buds in an internet cafe when I was hosting
"Suck on this, Disconnect attack GO!" (disconnect server, listen to everyone get mad)

Another time when Playing with terrible team mates, we were going round as a group and once we got ambushed
"Here's my resignation letter" *threw a grenade into my team, disconnected and listen to the sounds of slaughter

...Wow, Lan parties in internet cafes, that brings me back

I only whisper inconcievably evil words and take a small pause to get myself together, but never ragequit.

I'll usually say something along the lines of "what the fuck is this shit" and then disconnect. I either do that, or if it's been happening alot there is often the sound of the nearest smal object being thrown at the TV. Then disconnecting.

Becomes a problem because games like Black Ops like to put me into several games in a row where the other team's score is around ~7000 (assuming TDM) or they're leading by an obscene amount.

May be a bit off-topic, but would Black Ops's tendency to dump me in nearly finished matches have anything to do with my NAT being set to Moderate? I have tried changing it, but apparently my router is so unique that no website I've been to has information on how to access it and change the NAT settings.

Quitting because you're losing? How rude. If I say something then leave, it's because I legitimately have to leave. Usually something along the lines of "I'm late for going to get drunk"
